It's called spirits/ghosts doing that. It happens to me all the time. I'm not sure if you guys heard about this or not, but you do have a spirit guide. It can be either animal or a person. Pretty much its this person/animal job is to protect you and guide you in that ability sense.

Or, at the very least, can I offer up some kind of alternate communication, because this is really starting to get irritating, it's becoming more frequent and harder to ignore.

One thing I found out recently. Whatever it is, it isn't governed by my state of mind like I thought, it's just a time of day. Usually about 10 a.m. or so if that means anything. I was mistaken because I was incredibly bored at that same time most of the day. (math class, that's nothing to be surprised about.)

If it is the spirit guide touching you, then maby it is trying to get you to focus so you don't get yelled at for not paying attention. It could also be that a nother entity in the room is trying to harm you in some way and that is just the sensation that you get when your guide is on high alert.

No matter what math class is not the best time to reach out to your guide to comunicate, so just relax your mind and wait for it to explain its self.

I have heard of people getting their phantom tails stuck in doors, and then a phantom pain - that'd suck. So do they actually serve a purpose. Or, at the very least, can I make them stop doing whatever it is they're doing. It's getting really irritating.
