Jeff Jarrett InternalHardDrive Mine...erm...well... sweatdrop Let's just say that I've matured a lot on the internet since I joined. Because I originally joined with the username "InsaneHyperDragon." I had called myself an insane hyper dragon a few days before I joined, actually. I was obsessed with dragons then. >_>; ...But anyways, thus, people called me IHD. I made the first nickname based on "IHD"...Indigenous Hare-brained Dullard, as I recall. People proceeded to make more of them. One of them was Internal Hard Drive, which I happened to like. ...So when I felt like my username was not representative of me and my personality anymore, I decided to change it. (On New Year's, for that matter, because I'm a silly irony-loving cliche putz <3) And I changed it to InternalHardDrive. How long have you been on Gaia? @Maggeh: Magnias sounds like Vegeta. 3nodding Since July of 04. >_>;

My first account's names meant nothing at all. Just random insanity.
But anyway, my first name on this account was Surrender, after an RPC of mine, when I joined a guild and became a moderator. Soon after, everyone nicknamed me "Crazy Lady," and so I changed it to C r a z y L a d y. Eventually I couldn't take the feminine context in my name any more, and searched around for a new name. I went to a Latin translator and looked up "blood." I got "Scelero," which meant "to pollute with guilt of blood."
The rest is old history. whee

 Most of my old names (Alain Foxtrot, [.alain.], a l a i n, Saint Alain, ect.) are just variations of a random name I read in a book somewhere and just sort of stuck. xP
Shabuti was a variation of Shabutie, which was the original name of the band Coheed & Cambria
Cyanogen (one of my mules) is short for Cyanogen Chloride, which is a type of poison
St. Jude (another mule) is named after Saint Jude of Impossibe Causes
And my current name, system malfunction, is based off of a lyric in the song Delirium Trigger by Coheed and Cambria (yes, I'm obsessed rofl )

Roy Salamandra...It has been my name ever since I joined Gaia. :3 Roy came from Super Smash Brothers melee, which was the name of my favorite character to use as well. A bit after that, I was trying to come up with an OC. Just Roy wouldn't cut it, so I just ran around looking for something that would seem to have a 'fiery' tone to it. The fire summon from Final Fantasy Tactics Salamander inspired the last name Salamandra. And I've held onto that name ever since. <3 ninja

Meo's includes a fun Story to tell. xD Even if it does embarrass Meo a bit. xD
Alright, it began long long ago, back before middle school. IRL Meo had gotten these new Kitty PJs, and whenever she wore them she insisted that she was part cat, and going through doorways caused her to become a cat ( sweatdrop so childish). Meo then named the character Meower. Soon enough, IRL Meo went to middle school, and made alot of friends. Meower because part of a group of five people, Cherrie, Flamesi, ForeverAnime, and... Meower. xD The mentioned peoples were represetatives of Meo and her friends online. Meo drew up Meower in her new AniManga-Chibi style, along with the others. heart Then Meo needed an E-mail. All of her Harry Potter SNs would have been taken, so Meo got the e-mail using "meower" as an SN. Meo then got AIM, and her AIM became Meowerjs91. Then, Meo found a Gaia Avatar Generator on some Dress Up Games place. She thought it was cute, and her and Flamesi, Meo's sister, and Flamesi's sister all played around with the generator. We all decided that we would join Gaia. Meo was still fond of her "Chibi Meower", and made that her username. Though, unlike the Meower, Meo's avatar on Gaia is based of her IRL self, while Meower has been stuck to drawings. when Meo and Flamesi joined Gaia, it spread like pocky dissapears at an Anime Con, and all her friends ended up on it, anlong with their sisters, their sisters friends, and ect. heart
Flamesi is on Meo's Buddy list here (Chibi-Flamesi), Cherrie is on here as well (Deceiving Honesty), as well as ForeverAnime (same, but with some numbers at the end).

WELL. Toastie first joined gaia under the username of Kayleena. Because she was silly and odd and it randomly came to her. After about a year, she got tired of that, and changed to SeraBael. Then she got tired of gaia, gave the account to her sister, and rejoined a year later under the username Broken Hourglass. After that, there were some awkward moments, and she ended up moving to a new account called.. um.. oh, it was tantric something. Tantric_Talise methinks... But then she was talking with her boyfriend at the time and came up with heart shaped toasties after chewing her toast snack into a heart shape for him on webcam. And she's stuck with Heart Shaped Toastie ever since. :3 Broken Hourglass eventually got changed into Brekk, a mule that Toastie gave her RL name to because it hadn't been taken.

You guys never knew me as any of my previous names, but here they are -
The name I joined Gaia with was desudesuyo. Because my name is Des, so my friends called me Desu as a nickname, and desu is also a Japanese particle that is kind of a polite sentence ender, and yo is a sentence strengthener, so it's kind of like - "I AM DESU!"
Then after that was D-E-A-T-H! DESU! Because of an episode of Japanese Yuugioh where Yami Bakura was using his Ouija board that spelled out "Death", and he was explaining it, and then Yami said, in this really HYSTERICAL bad accent, "D-E-A-T-H? ...DESU!?" And of course everyone linked it to me because of my nickname, and the fact that yes, if you write my name in Katakana, it is the same as if you write Death in Katakana.
Then after that, my friends and I were roleplaying, and somehow, it was decided that in this roleplay, "Des" should be short for "Desdemona" because in it I was a snobby rich kid so I get a snobbier name. Winchcombe was picked as the last name because it also sounds snobby. And it's a nice, literate-sounding and recognizable name, so I just kept it.
XD I still think it's funny when people call me "Desdemona" though. Just "Des" is fine.
