I HAVE READ and agree to the rules above, and will get a gift between the budget to give on the date stated on the timetable and that Hirun put a lot of work into getting this to work. Should I not get a gift, I will lose the respect of all my friends and Hirun. Oh, and Zaeyde is kickass.

The incentive is to give a gift someone will like. You will look up the person and get them something they want. Its the Giving and not the Recieveing. I really don't care if you can get any item you want. I stated these rules so the bare minimum is 4k. If they want to go over, that's fine with them.
