Diary of a Faun 29 November 2006
Oh my, it seems someone has made a mistake. I found a baby in my tip basket after my show today. Not a normal child either, or even one of my people. She was all blue, at first I wasn't even sure if she was alive; but it turns out she is, she's just naturally blue. Very squirmy and sneaky too, I have no idea what to do with her. I don't know how to take care of babies of my own kind, much less children of other kinds. At least I know how to keep her from crying.
I decided to call her Oceanid, by the way. She needed a name, I couldn't just keep calling her 'the baby'. Though, I should see if she belongs to anyone around here.

. Starry Night . Oceanid & Stary Ages Ago - Finished In the main thread, so its long since lost. Summary below. Oceanid snuck out of her bassinet and away from the faun as she often did. At the time not realizing how much it upset Tu'lana when she disappeared. Naturally, she went to the beach to play in the water. Starry had gone for a stroll that night as well, and came across the toddler playing in the water. The older demon befriended the toddler, and even made her a star to play with.

Diary of a Faun 03 March 2007
So long since I've written. The little demon child darling has been keeping me busy, and giving me gray hairs. I swear this girl will be the death of me, she disapears every five minutes and gets into something. The only time she settles down is when she listens to me tell stories or watches me with my puppets. Perhaps I should do that more often.
Oh, it's nearly dusk. Time to light a fire and make dinner before Oceanid cries, or tries to run away again.

. Water of Memory . Oceanid & Pinky Lee Ages Ago - UnfinishedOriginal Threadimmortalmina Pinky Lee was wandering around. Ever since the kiss, which she didn't rememeber, she had become lost on the Isle. She was looking for the beach. She wanted shrimp as that's one they she always remembered.
Go back and punch him. the demon flamingo said.
The beach is forward. the angel flamingo told her.
Pinky Lee went foreward. She had no idea what the demon was talking about. mistalina13 Oceanid did a little near cartwheel and landed in the water with a loud splash, giggling. It was so nice here by the water. It was a wonder she ever bothered to leave it. The little demon fell back onto the sand, letting the water wash over her. So nice here.. immortalmina Pinky Lee heard something and then found her way to where the child was. "Oh, hello." She said with a smile and a nod. "See any shrimp around?" She asked with another smile. mistalina13 Oceanid sat up, eyes wide and little wings fluttering when she heard a voice. Another Pae, a bright pink pae. "Hello." The fluttering of her wings eased a bit. "Shrimp?" The little ocean demon seemed puzzled by the word. In truth she was, she didn't know what a shrimp was. mistalina13 "Haven't seen any. Sor-ry." Oceanid's tail flicked back and forth as she leaned forward resting her elbows in the sand and her chin in upturned palms. "That what you out here for?" immortalmina "Of course. I'm Pinky Lee. You didn't say you're name, did you?" She looked at the child. She sure hoped that her memory problem wasn't kicking in. mistalina13 "No, I did-n't." The little demon eyed Pinky. "I'm Oceanid." mistalina13 "Swimming...sorta." Oceanid rolled over into the water. "WHEE!" immortalmina Pinky Lee looked at the girl. "Oh, I see." She smiled and watched as the child went into the water. Maybe she should swim too?
Nah, let her drown. the evil flamingo said.
Yes, have fun! the good flamingo said.
Pinky Lee liked the idea of fun so she too went into the water. mistalina13 "FUN!" Oceanid sat up after a moment, still dizzily wobbling from her rolling in the surf. She giggled and watched Pinky. immortalmina Pinky Lee swam around the demon for a moment. "It's a nice day isn't it? It's wasn't back...was it? I don't know." She chuckled. The flamingo girl almost remembered the rain.
