rubbermuleaccount BakaTulip Well I'm not the one who came up with the androgen theory. Other people did. I just wrote about it and found other bits that made it make more sense. But here is the thing now that we know why it happens we can go *point* SEE! NATURAL BITCHES! I kind of fear that they'd just be like "NO, SEE, YOU PROVED IT'S A DISORDER AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!" x_________x Ugh. I hate religious bigots too. And that's interesting for me to say, speaking as a Christian. I'm just not a bigot. -___- Your second statement is kind of the point I was making, there are those that would use this same theory as proof of a flaw or negativity of homosexuality, also speaking of a cure, see X-Men 3, a similar situation occurs with their "cure" for the mutant genome

I truly think that the X-men is the most life/real like comic book invented by americans! It's shows many aspects of society and many minority groups! people from all walks of life and from many real situations. I think it mainly has a told of things pertaining to homosexuality because many of the mutants are treated different because they were born a mutant. their parents go to many extreams to try to supress as do parents with homosexuality. In the second movie they said that the mutant gene was passed sown from the father, even though in this theory the androgen would normally come from the mother it could be said that they had the same idea just chnaged around a bit.

Congratulations, you have hit it right on the button...now, try to convince people of this....
Since you have taken psychology, I am pretty sure you are familiar with the fact that although something may be blatantly true, a person will not change their mind about their belief. No matter what. (ignorance is SO not bliss)
