The major discusses it in the last episode of SAC season 1. I watched it 3 times and I still don't really get it.
There are some explanation from members as to how we understand it and what the term means to us if you scroll down on the first page of this thread. Like i said it took me I don't know like three or four days to comprehend it my self.
