She nodded, returning the smile. "Heh.. thanks. I'll gladly drive the hover cargo... to.. there..." Eli followed his direction, only to feel embarassed about not noticing that city there before. Oh well, free ride in a HC plus a free tune up it seems.

The breaker slowly got up, running on it's emergency system for these cases. It made it's way into the HC and took a rest. Eli flicked a switch from within that opened up the cockpit. With shaken grace, she slid out and smiled.

Her smiled turned into a pout, as she gave him a sullen look, "Ha-ha.. very funny Dante. I'll go head on up to the controls and the hover cargo moving." As she said that, she already made her way out of the garage, and into the more livable interior of the transport zoid.

Eli sat at the seat on the bridge of the HC. Looking at the readings everything gave her. She nodded, noting it was basically the same as a zoid. Each thing had the proper it should be. Pale hands pushed forth on the controls, bringing the giant heap of metal into motion.

Eli smiled at the slow, yet steady pace the Hover Cargo crawled at. She never thought transport zoids were so easy, then again.. this was the second time she drove one. "Look daddy.. I can make the whale king fly~" "That's good Eli.. w-wait a sec?! Why are you driving?" The flashback somehow showed in a third person view, before Eli could think of a reason why.. a com-link opened up.

"H-Hello! This is Dante's- Ryo?"

Ah, her dearest Ryo. His green eyes, filled with worry... could make her swoon at any moment! But, these were the eyes behind the display, so thankfully they didn't have their full affects.

She shook off the mesmorizing effect he was having on her, only to feel her cheeks were flustered, "The only battle that happened around here a few moments ago.. would be mine agaisnt Dante?" Eli, embarrased at her lost, pushed a strand of navy hair behind her ear, "He.. won... just incase you're wondering..."

Grey eyes traced his every move, from his little nervous act, to his cough. She was tempted to ask him if he was alright but held herself in a calm and controlled state. Eli kept herself concentrated on his words, avoiding the urge to swoon at his appeal.

"I-I'm fine, thanks for asking Ryo... the most damage he did was penetrate me- my zoid's armor I mean..." She gave him a light smile, but laughed slightly at his next statement, "N-no, he hasn't taken me captive.. I'm catching a ride to town..."

"Uh.. he's down in the hangar... " Her eyes quickly darted about, looking through the controls till she found the right one. Here... Fingers pressed gingerly on the corresponding button, as she began to speak again, "Uh.. Dante... Ryo wishes to speak to you."

::Relief came to his ears as the grey eyed girl announced that she was okay. He was somewhat befuddled that she lost to Dante, but he figured that the man most likely had more experience behind the controls. With a sigh he smiled to Eli before Dante's face popped into the screen. He chuckled at first, but was somewhat peturbed when he callled Eli "his woman".::

Shes her own woman. I don't own her. And I don't need a tune up either. Just scoping out the area. The Fox needed a little breather after being cooped up in the city for a bit... its been a while since our last battle... heh with Eli in fact.

::He chuckled over the com-link. Whatever statement Dante had said before, he had obviously shrugged off.::

::Ryo was more of a man than that. He clenched his jaw slightly and took a deep breath, blowing off the painful remark. Actions spoke louder than words. He'd show him how he felt in battle. The Shadow Fox growled lowly as it ran alongside the traveling Hover Cargo. With a nod via the com-link Ryo smiled sardonically.::

You're on Dante.

::With that he ended the com-link channel, and sprinted far ahead of the Hover Cargo, engaging a leg anchor and spinning the Fox around to face the oncoming transport zoid, Vulcan at the ready for wherever his hybrid may fly out.::

Eli had that warm feeling inside, the one you get from seeing something... amazing. She felt proud that her dearest Ryo was able to keep his cool, even when Dante teased him so.

Well.. looks like the two of them will battle... The navy-haired girl gave Dante a nod to his kindness, "Thank you Dante.. I hope you don't mind that I stay in here to watch this battle?"

He left. She brushed another strand of hair back behind her ear as she pulled back on the controls of the HC. Bringing it to a halt so that it wouldn't run into Ryo's Shadow Fox.
