Xagarath Ankor Warnersister ChibiBecca one day, i'll finish my picopico hammer. the first attempt proved far too heavy! Papier mache? But then I suppose it would be too delicate. Can you get one of those fairground inflatable hammers and paint it? If you can find someone who can work with latex, this would obviously be better. In theory, I know such people, but they don't come cheap. i'd need an inexpensive option. ^.^; but if i wanted a really good picopico hammer, that would be a great way to go about it!

On a somewhat off-topic note, if anyone (UK-based) happens to find a pair of size 5 Doc Martens in a charity shop, could they let me know? I need them for when I do my Ace* costume. There are plenty on eBay, but they end up more expensive than I want for a costume.

*"Who's Ace?" I hear you say. Check out my avatar. If you're still confused (and chances are, you are!), she's a companion for Doctor Who in the late 80s.

I'm tempted to make my own Amy rose outfit for this Halloween...but it likely won't happen.
