 Not...heard of them?! How? How was such a thing possible?! Demy bit his lip, trying not to appear too devastated by the news. "We p-play rock and roll music..."Well, at least if she hadn't heard of the band, then it'd be impossible for her to have heard of the break up. Perfect. Smiling gratefully, Demy wrapped the scarf around his neck. "T-thank you, I r-really appreciate it"He'd certainly appreciate something else, but it wouldn't be polite to mention that in front of the young one... Holding his tongue, Demy settled for just a happy purr in Namine's direction.

Smiling briefly at Demy, she turned her attention for a moment to Wintermute.
"You're pretty handy with kids. Do you have any of your own? Bubble certainly seems to have take to you."
Turning back to Demy, she tweaked the scarf slightly so it covered more of his neck.
"Rock and roll? Not really my thing, but sounds like you have fun with it."
She gnawed on her lower lip for a moment as she thought. She'd pro,mised Bubble Yum to spend the day playing in the snow, but she couldn't skip off to play and just leave the two males to stand and freeze to death. After a moment's hard thought, Demy's shivering and overall blue tinge seemed to make up her mind.
"Bubble, sweetie, let's get these guys home, okay? I don't want them getting sick from the cold. You and I will play tomorrow, okay?"
Bubble Yum tipped her head, cearly disappointed at having her fun cut off. Still, she knew the two males needed to get somewhere warm. She wrapped her scarf around wintermute's neck and her own before smiling at Namine.
"Sure sure! Can they come play too? I liek Mr. Wintermute. He's nice. Since we gotta go back, can we make cocoa? And have a fire and roast marshmallows?"
Okay, maybe this could still be a fun day.
Wintermute shok his head in seeming regret.
"Nope. No kids of my own. Never really saw the need to have any when every other kid around seems to like me on sight. And getting somewhere warm doesn't sound too bad right now."
He hated to admit it, but he was beginnign to feel the cold now that he was no longer really moving.

"I d-do...."Demy had cringed at the mention of rock and roll not being her thing, but the motion was likely lost in his now constant shivering. Flattening his ears a bit, the rockstar fidgeted around in the snow as the others talked. "Y-you don't have to d-do that for m-me....I'd hate to r-ruin your d-day, ya know?"Mmm yes, this was a good angle to try. Make himself look good by not wanting to ruin their day and instead offering to shiver in the cold. It was ridiculous, but made sense to Demy.

"Don't be silly. You're literally turnign blue from cold," Namine scolded gently. "Bubble and I can come back out tomorrow, it's okay. I don't want a Demy-cicle on my conscience."
She smiled a bit to take any sting from her words before shoving him gently towards the house.
From Wintermute's back, Bubble Yum stuck her tongue out at Demy and mock growled. "No arguin'! You dno't wanna get sick adn haveta stay in bed all day, do you?"
For his part, Wintermute simply walked in the right direction. The trick now would be to keep a sense of humor and grace whenever Demy decided to come crow about winning the bet. Hopefully, the kid wouldn't be too obnoxious about thing. Then again, he hadn't exactly truly won. Maybe here was hope after all.

"Alright, alright! I'll g-g-g-go....t-thank you..."Demy turned to smile at the three before following Namine's shoving to the house. Thankfully for Wintermute, the rockstar wouldn't gloat too much....at least in front of the ladies. Beside, Demy didn't want piss the other male off. The guy was friendly enough, no reason to make enemies, right?

Sheparding her three companions along the path, Namine found herself somewhat struck by Demy's resemblance to Demyx. It was slightly unnerving, yet she couldn't bring herself to ask about it. Instead, she hurried the others along the path until they came to the house.
"All righty," she began as she stepped inside and started to shed off the cold weather clothing. "Bubble, why don't you and Wintermute see about getting a fire started. Demy, you come with me. Once the ice in your clothes and hair starts to melt off, you'll be soaked and I doubt you want pneumonia. Follow me, please."
She headed off towards one of the guest rooms, figuring there would at least be dry clothes somewhere he could borrow. She'd shove him into a hot shower too. Really, that tinge of blue just wasn't healthy.
As Namine led Demy off, Wintermute gave a shrug and knelt slightly so Bubble Yum could get down. Start a fire, huh? Sounded easy enough.
Bubble Yum squealed happily as she raced towards the fireplace and began to boss Wintermute around. If the young female had her way, Namine and that Demy guy would come back in to a nice roaring fire.

During the trip to the house, Demy was rather...quiet. It was kind of odd for him to be so silent on things, but being so very COLD....yeah, he could afford to be quiet for one little trip. He'd just hit the females up for conversation later. Sheparded inside, Demy fidgeted around as Namine gave her instructions. Wintermute and Bubble off to make fire....well that left him going to wherever it was Namine was directing him. PERFECT! Time alone with the girl. Just what he needed... Shivering, the young male followed Namine towards the guest rooms.

As they approached the guest room, Namine paused and turned, quickly placing a paw against Demy's cheek.
"Okay, you feel way too cold for my peace of mind right now. I really don't want you getting sick, so, you go take a hot shower, okay? Bathroom's attached to the gest room here. While you're in there, I'll dig up some warmer clothes for you. Sound good?"
As she spoke, she tugged him gently into the room and gave him a gentle shove into the bathroom itself.
"Just dump those soaked clothes whereever. I'll get them taken care of, okay? Need anythign before you go in?"
Admiring the view as Namine wandered off, Wintermute sighed quietly. So he had lost a round. He'd live. Now, to get that fire going. Throwing a couple logs into the fireplace, he wadded up soem paper and lit it with his lighter, waiting until it burned to set it to the wood.
"Well, Kiddo, hopefully this'll work. Never really had to start a fire before."
Bubble Yum, for her part, was poinging around her new friend excitedly. It was a rare thing for anyone to allow her to help with anythign like this. She wanted to enjoy it.
"It'll work. I mean, it's fire. How hard an it be, sir?"

"I...w-what?"Demy blinked as he suddenly found himself in a bathroom. Er...okay? Warm shower sounded good, but of course the youth had other thoughts in mind... "Er...need...anything?Yeah, the female to join him in the shower. Mmmm.... "N-no...I t-t-think I'm okay..."

Smiling warmly, Namine reached out and gave Demy's hair a ruffle.
"Well, if you're sure. I'll just be right out here, so holler if you need anything, okay? I'll shut the guest room door too. Jus to kee Bubble from seeing things she shouldn't."
Humming softly, she turned and began to rummge through the closet for spare clothes. Maybe once Demy got warmed up and was feeling a little better he'd let her draw him. That could be fun.

Demy purred happily at the hair ruffling, the youth even shooting Namine a grin. "Will do, thanks!"Reluctantly, Demy shut the bathroom door....after attempting to sneak a peek at Namine's a** of course! The faster he warmed up, the faster he could get back out there to talk to Namine... Within a matter of minutes Demy had stripped the wet clothing and stepped into the tub for a nice warm shower.

Namine waited until she heard the shower running to go to the door and peek out to check on the other two. To her surprise and delight, both were engrossed in the fire and Bubble Yum was apparently listenign to Wintermute tell her a story. Watching them for a moment, Namine found herself wondering what Nallin would think of the two new males. Or Frank for the matter.
Giggling softly as she imagined Frank's reaction to Demy, she turned and went back into the room, setting clean dry sweats out for Demy. Then, sneaking into he bathroom, she left a coupel of thick fluffy towels for him before duckign back out.
Meanwhile, Bubble Yum was utterly entrhralled by the travel stories Wintermute was telling her. Who knoew the world was so big? And so interesting? Had her parnts or sibs happened upon them, they surely would have been shocked at how quiet and still Bubble was at the moment.
Whatever disappointment Wintermute felt over losing the wager and the chance for a pleasant bedfellow faded by the minute as he recounted the story of his encounter with the legendary Abominable Snowman. He'd never had a better audience for his yarns. Yeah, it was a pity Bubble wasn't a bit older. But hey, at least he had a friend out of this. That was better anyday than a one night boink buddy.

Inside the shower, Demy had lost himself to the warm water bliss. Oblivious to Namine's entrance and departure, the rockstar began to sing softly as he warmed himself in the shower.
Back out in the snow, two males who thankfully actually dressed for the weather approached the house.
"Man, WHY do we have to go visit Namine?"
"Shut up, you know you like her, you're just pissed 'cause we aren't visiting Zexion."
"Yeah, so what?"
Seifer sighed, leading the grumbling Sefirex up to the door. Once there, Seif quickly knocked.

On hearing the knock, Bubble Yum leapt up and raced for the door.
"I'll get ittttt!"
Seizing the handle in her paws, she twisted and pulled the door open. Grinning at the two who stood outside, the little female raced towards the guest room.
"I'll go find Namine for ya! She's helping Mr Demy right now!" she paused a moment to point at Wintermute by the fire. "That's my new friend, Mr Wintermute! He tells good stories!"
Wintermute remained where he was seated, watching the new arrivals warily. He gave a courteous nod of his head when pointed out, but otherwise didn't move.
In the guest room, Namine had finished layign out clothes and had begun to tidy things up a little. She heard Bubble Yum's excited voice and went to the door to see what was going on. Stepping out of the guest room, Namine saw Sefi and Seifer and grinniung, went to hug them both.
"Well, if it isn't double trouble."
If If she hugged Seifer a little longer than Sefi, well, that was her own business.

The two stepped inside, Seifer turning to shut the door for them. Both new arrivals gave a small wave to Wintermute as they waited for Namine to arrive. Sefirex enjoyed his brief hug from the girl, but as soon as she moved on to Seifer he gave a bit of a sigh and walked over to Wintermute to try and strike up a conversation.
"So uhh...ya know Namine long?"
It wasn't, afterall, very often they found strange Audios in Namine's residence.
Seifer purred a bit as Namine hugged him, the male quick to hug her back.
"Ya love us and our trouble, and ya know it...Errr, what's with the others?"
Seif briefly motioned to Winter before returning his gaze to Namine. Who knew how he'd react to Demy once the rockstar got out of the shower.
