RyoBeat bleak_disaster she deserves more than an apology. she deserves her ******** job back! but with a rude, heartless boss like the one she had, i don't think it's likely. that story pisses me off. i really hope NAAFA is all over this one. hm... one thing though. a civil suit would be a nice way to get back at her boss, but would the case hold up in court? Probably not, bro. xp Like the article said, it's not illegal to fire someone based on weight. Are you sure? In my brief study of paralegal law, I see this as an opportunity for some benjamins wiping asses here. You can get sued for firing someone for being ugly, and being fat is no exception...or, if anything you can just sue their pants off for wrongful termination. Your weight isn't a good enough reason to get fired unless it can be proven that it can cause danger to others. ...fearing a fatty will eat the customer's food before it'll get to them isn't what i call a clear and present danger neutral

It goes with the thought that since fat women are...well, fat... they know good food and where to get it, if not cook it themselves. heart I agree!! For if a waitress is a pole, then the food must suck!!! Think of it this way, have you EVER seen a REALLY skinny girl working at taco bell or Mcdonals? Its because they eat the food all day that make em not able to stay skinny which proves that its good ^^ And I think we FA's are allowed to have alittle horny time at a place like the anarexic girl loving guys! stare
