Archdemon Kaiden XiKeiyaZI Archdemon Kaiden Even from orbit of lunar base, the explosion of the colony was easily confimed. Epyon sent the order to attack to the Peacemillion. Immediatly lunar base was stormed with hail of fire from the battleship's AT turrets. "Prepare the particle cannons for immediate fire!" The capitan ordered. "We dont want to have to use the AM batteries until Commander Epyon arrives. At that point in time the Commander's suit's signal was picked up on the ships specalty sensors. The com link bleeped open; "Capitan, I am proceeding with my attack. Send in the Virgo and Taurus dolls. Set them to coordinate their attack on specific areas." Epyon instructed. "Yes Sir!." The Capitan said and the techs set about with their orderes. In minutes the ship was surrounded by dozens of them. "Capitan, I'll remain in stealth mode until I arrive at the Preventor crusier that is no doubt on its way to intercept you. I'll destroy it and proceed to the surface. Until that time, attack with the batteries and mobile dolls." the com bleeped out. Sieg rallied his team together as his cockpit flashed red. He smirked slightly as he engaged full power to his thrusters, leaving the team behind him. The team instincivly spread out into groups 4 of 2 units each. Seig made sure that the beam rifle and sheild were properly adjusted to the system as the sight of his enemy came into view. " Ok, let's see what you can do Shin. " He raised his beam rifle and fired a barrage of shots towards a squad of Taurus suits, the beam rifles energy readings slowly dropping with each shot proving to Seig that this suit was no ordinary suit. == Back on the Ship== Mechanics rushed around and began readying themselves for any return suits in need of repair. As the ship shifted in order to gain a better defensive situation with a clearer offensive option, the lights shifted from white to blue. Phase II was in play, the ships full crew up and running towards their specified battle positions. " All crew, Phase II is initiated. Maintain your stations until the Commander gives further orders! " "Let the games begin!" Epyon said over an unencrypted channel, then boosted out of the stealth mode and eliminated 6 of the mobile suits and crippled the others with a combination of heat rod and vulcan rounds. The suit looked nearly identical to the origional Epyon, except it had a shield on each arm and the shield on the right had a vulcan chain gun built into the other, along with its beamsaber and newly installed stealth mode and ECM comm jamming. "Whats this? An ancient model thats been remodeled?" He scoffed. "Let's see how your upgrade fares against me." With that Epyon destroyed the remaining suits to face off against this pilot one-on-one. Seig gave no notice to he number of mobile suits that his beam rifle had destroyed. As he wheeled around to check on the ship, he froze in place. The suits of his team had been destroyed within moments and drifted freely in the empyness of space. He narrowed his eyes and quickly changed out his beam rifle for one of the several beam sabers which were placed along the suits back. His shock was broken as his radar seemingly screamed at him and brought his attention to the approaching mobile suit. " What the hell?! " As he quickly surveyed the suit, his narrowed his eyes. " Epy-on? " The words fell from his mouth as he began to shake from excitement. " The Shinmatunaka's Thrusters burst to life at 75% thrust, forcing him back into his seat momentarily. As he bolted towards the suit in a head on attack, he activated his head mounted vulcans and fired an array of primary shots in a tactical advancment mannorism. As he fired the shots, he quickly altered his path and darted below the target, readying his beam saber in an unorthadoxed form to attack from below the Epyon's defenses.

Seig growled as the Epyon took on the spray of bullets with no apparent effects to it's frame. As he was pelted with it's own assault, he flailed backwards and spiraled around, the shield of the Shin slamming into the right shoulder of the enemy mobile suit. " Meh! No amature! " Upon impact, Seig released the shield and brought forth a secondary beam saber, powering it up and taking a drifted stance a ways off from the enemy suit.

"That should have been obvious from the start." The pilot remarked as the analysis finished. "Hmm...I see. looks like your not properly equiped to deal with a suit like mine. "Tell you what, I'll let you withdraw this time. Don't expect such charity next time." With that Epyon turned and headed down towards Lunar base at an unbelievable speed.

"Tell you what, I'll let you withdraw this time. Don't expect such charity next time." With that Epyon turned and headed down towards Lunar base at an unbelievable speed. As the pilot of the Epyon's voice echoed through his ears, Seig watched the mobile suit dart off. He narrowed his eyes as a sly smile moved across his lips. " Hmm, Maybe not right now... but the next time we meet, I'll be ready. " He turned and recovered his sheild before darting off towards his ship, an escort team meeting him part way and leading him towards the hangar. Upon docking and leaving the Shin to the mechanics, he made his way to his private quarters. Upon entering, he walked over to his desk and began writing things down on a small pad with a pen. " Hmm... Perhaps..." ==On the Ships' Bridge== " Ok! We're falling back! There's no use in sitting around here and getting obliterated if we can't do anything! Contact Earth and report all of the current events! " The Captain's voice rang out over the crew as they pulled away from the battle point and set a destination for an obital path around earth until contact could be made with the Earth Preventor Forces.

The following battle on the moon's surface lasted only a few hours. THe bases defenses were quickly overwhelmed by the Virgos and the Taurus' easily obliterated the remaining Leo forces. The Peacemillion took no damage because of its experimental EMS system. Eventually landing crafts emerged from the space ship and docked in the lunar hangars. "The battle was a success Commander." Capitan Luke reported. "The remaining troops have surrendered and joined with the ranks repairing all the damage we had to do."
The Commander nodded and gave the order to remain in orbit after to maintain vigilance. He however proceeded to make more upgrades to the Epyon II model...

As Seig sat within his quarters, he continued to write for some time. At some point in time, he paused and recalled the suit before he continued on with his writing. When he finished, he ripped the pages out of the notepad and walked towards the hangar. The head engineer caught sight of Seig who motioned for him to come to him and he did so. " I want you to look at these. These are the subtle movements I noticed in the enemy suit from earlier. Also, I need these adjustments made to the suit. "
The engineer looked over the papers for a moment and took in a slow, deep breath. " Seig, you ask so much of me. But I'll do it, it's a challenge. " He turned and looked at the Mobile suit and whistled softly. " It's a beauty. Surprised it was left in the few peices it was when we found it. " He turned back to Seig. " I'll make the alterations to the thrust system and add the requested items. Seig smiled and nodded. " Thanks Frank. " He patted him on the shoulder and left the hangar to head towards the bridge of the ship.

Archdemon Kaiden Epyon finished assigning the tasks to his engineers and returned to the bridge to begin commmunications with the near-by Preventer crusier. "Attention crusier, This is Peacemillion. We are assuming the role of enforcing our juristiction of this area, as such, we are asking you to leave the vicinity before we resort to using force." Seig walked in just in time to hear the communication command from the enemy. He looked at the Captain before he shook his head and proceeded onto the bridge. He took his place at the navigations control, relieving the stand in. " Go ahead and get some sleep. " The girl smiled and nodded slowly. He watched as she made her way off of the bridge and quickly looked up at the captain. " So, where should we go? " The captain looked at Seig with a cold look. " Seig, make the appropriate adjustments to our course so as we can orbit the earth freely. We need to gain contact with the earth units. " The captains voce boomed over the room as she sat herself slowly into her chair. He propped her left leg over her right and watched Seig work on the coordination settings. Once he was complete, the ship retreated from the battle field and set off as said. Captain Elaine began her transmission of the events which had occured. She quickly finished and stood after she was done. As she began to leave the bridge she barked out orders to make sure that everyone would be doing their job whilst she slept.

Epyon immediatly ordered the capitan to keep track of approaching vessles and search them for specific materials such as gundanium. He then retired for the night and went to sleep.

On earth, the transmission from Captain Elaine was received. Private Anders quickly copied it down, set it within an envelope, and sent it in the right direction. The person who would obtain this information would have quite a field day with all of them if they didn't get it within a reasonable time frame, and Anderson was going to make sure he didn't lose his head over it.
==On the Ship==
Sieg moved from the navigations controls as the young stand-in returned to the bridge after a nap. He allowed them to talk his place and made his way back to his quarters where he could catch some sleep while everyone else was working. As he made his way through the halls, he noticed that it was much more quiet than before, even before the attack. He shrugged it off and continued on to his room where he undressed and climbed into his bed, falling asleep immediatly.

As Epyon slept, the Chief Engineer knocked on his door. "Commander? Are you awake Sir?" The woman asked.
"Yeah..." He said getting dressed and answering the door. "What is it?"
"The modifiations to Epyon's shield and booster systems are complete." She said steadily. "The mobile suit is ready for launch when your ready, Sir."
"Good." The Commander replied casually. "Send it up to the launch deck. I have decided to engage the Preventor crusier with that ancient mobile suit again. to get a better feel for for its pilot's combat abilites. Inform Capitan Luke of my decision and tell him to follow his current course and expect crusiers from the lunar base to move into orbit to assist in defense of this base."
"Sir!" She said saluting then hurried off down the hall.

A few hours had passed and Seig had been awake for most of the time. Something about the earlier encounter had rattled his brain and he just couldn't seem to stay asleep. He felt his arms and fingers tensing at times as he replayed the encounter over and over through his head. Movements he should have made, attack patterns that he knew, all of them flowing through his head over and over. He could see the subtle way that the enemy suit moved at it's joints and how it reacted to any surrounding aspect. " I won't make a novice mistake again. "
He sat up on his bed and hung his arms over his bent knees as his head dropped downwards, spikey white hair falling over his face. After a few minutes, he stood and proceeded to dress into his casual attire, leaving the preventor uniform hanging in place. " I wonder how the Shin is coming along. " He moved out of his room and towards the Hangar, hoping that all of the adjustments had been made according to his paperwork.
As he moved into the Hangar, his eyes lit up at the sight of his Mobile Suit. The thruster additions had been added along with a more powerful set of beam sabers which were currently being placed along the back in their recharging racks. He began to almost run towards the mech as his eyes shot from each engineer who was stationed at various points of the mech, fine tuning the rotator engines and the powerplant output ratings.
"Sieg! " The Captain's voice caused Seig to stumble to a stop. He turned and looked towards to the Captain and instantly saluted. " Ma'am! " The Captain smiled and shook her head, giving reason for Seig to drop his stance. " Eh, it's a fine suit isn't it? " Her pale green eyes adjusted towards the suit in an admiration. " To bad we can't return it to it's true glory. " Seig felt that her voice had a subtle tone of dissapointment to it and he found himself almost moved. " It's true, for now. But I'll do the best I can with it. "
Captain Elaine turned back to Seig and nodded slowly. " I know you will. Just remember, you're our only true defense for now, so don't let me down. " She turned on her heels and proceeded out of the hangar, leaving Seig to continue on with his investigation of the suit's new adjustments.

After half an hour the engineers finished the additional boosters to allow for even more mobility in space than the origional boosters. The suit was then put onto the launching deck and prepared to launch. The launchpad cleared; Epyon boosted out with enough speed to throw him back against his seat. A com bleeped into the cockpit. "Becareful with the new thruster system, its only a prototype and still far more powerful than standard boosters. it would take about 6 normal boosters to keep up with your normal boosters and the prototype thrusters."
Epyon nodded. "Roger that." He eased off of the thrusters and activated stealth mode. "I should arrive in 30 min. Cutting communications now." The Epyon was severed from the com hub.

Seig proceeded to investigate the mech, making optional adjustments to the joint motors and cockpit so as it would suit him better. He cut half of the power that the legs would take in and made the correct path adjustments so as the upper body of the mech would maintain alot of the energy and thus reserve his energy. " Ok. This should help alot. "
" Hey Sieg! How about your rifle? Do you still want it adjusted at the levels that you asked for? " Seig looked out of the cockpit and nodded. " Yeah! Just make sure that it doesn't drain more energy than I ask for! " The mechanic scratched his head and began his work on the beam rifle. Seig leaned abck in the cockpit and activated the controles, testing light arm movements and pulsing the thrusters lightly. As he fine tuned the cockpit controles, he smiled and leaned back in the seat of his cockpit. " Well, I'll say it's a 100% better than before. Should have taken the time to adjust it for space assaults before hand. "
