Veohtv is a website that offers their FREE program of shows you can watch. You don't download the videos, you can view them.

Yes, but Japanese copyright laws are totally different than in here. For them, is ok to show links of website in where they have anime, and since Sailor Moon is no longer licensed for any other country than Japan, that cannot apply here.
