Agreed as well, I don't think Kakashi could stand up to any member of Akatsuki. But that's just what I think...

because in the manga kakashi battle with sasuke brother and almost win and
sasuke brother is stronger than ochimaru cool

It may have been a bluff, but if Orochimaru went and attacked anyways, I'm sure that Kakashi would try to protect Sasuke.

kakashi has always had an attachment to sasuke so he made a risk that orichimaru whould back down but kakashi would have fought to the death if he had to at least causing orichimaru to be slightly weaker do to injury
