Hurry and climb up this tree! Deidara: *pushing the cheek-side of his head against the trunk and using his feet and legs to try and scoot himself up* Damnit! Tobi: Put chakra in your feet and run up! Deidara: No arms, un. Tobi: ....eep? Deidara: Goodbye Tobi. Tell Itachi that he's dead-sexy for me, un. *waves his sleeve sadly*

Isn't that good enough? xD Seriously through, I think Deidara has other techniques. ike said before, it's kinda hard to preform anything without arms. It's like fighting with your arms tied behind your back, then getting pushed down. Nothing kcuh you can do. Heh, that's amusing. Your resources are screwed up, seriously.
Deidara lost one arm from Gaara. He tried to fight back and stall Naruto and Kakashi. He lost a large amount of clay because of Kyuubi Naruto. Kakashi tries to sent Deidara to another dismension and succeed but didn't took his arm with him in that moment because Kakashi lost a lot of charka after.
Kakuzu sewed Deidara arm back. The other one was a lost cause because it was crushed by Gaara.
I have Deidara used his scope eye one time, to search for the ichibi vessel. But indeed Deidara have shown that he can use clay to a certain extent. I'm not saying you guys are wrong. I'm saying whatever you read must have your brain fried.

He still has his right arm because Tobi found. Even though Dei Dei choked him with his legs, Kakuzu helped him put his arm back. How do you think he got that other tailed beast.
