Thanks for all the awesome replies. Shortly after my last post Gabe started sleeping through the night and I went back to a part-time job VERY part-time and it helped immensely. I didn't have to go on any meds thank god and I'm back to normal now. I dont' think about hurting myself or my son anymore and rarely get frustrated with him. It's amazing how much a good night's sleep can help you! I feel like a good mom and we're all taking everything just a day at a time. heart

I'm really glad you were able to get out of that mess ok smile It's amazing how bad lack of sleeping and not leaving the house can make some people feel. I'm really glad that you are feeling better!

I had the same problems & thoughts about hurting myself & my daughter. Just know that it won't last forever & that if the feelings continue that you should seek help. Sometimes it's good to be on the meds, as much as you don't want to. smile
