The first time I went 2 Ikosucon, there was this realy awsome Kakashi cosplayer heart . It looked JUST LIKE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The dude even had white hair blaugh . *I glomped him twice* I took several pictures of him, but I lost the camera on the second day of the convention crying . * wahmbulance Stars going emo emo . Turns on "Lips of an Angel" starts crying and cutting herself.(JK but still depressed) wahmbulance *

No, it was two summers ago, and his outfit was exactly like Kakashi's, and so was his hair(it was probably a wig).
The dude in your pictue is a minor (red name tag), and I think the cosplayer I'm talking about was older.
