You get them by either buying them from the guild or winning them from contests.
You can also get them from nuggets that are laying around in the guild!

I got a question if you have a bike is it effected by the area and if it is what happans if the pokemon is the type that takes 12

I think. I mean... imagine riding on a bike and trying to pick up an item. sweatdrop (Plus it makes it kind of fair, but if you want to be 100% sure ask an Administrator. mrgreen )

I'm not sure, but I think having a Mach or Acro bike means you can still pick up items. If you have one, it means you're in the guild a lot, and a bike is sort of a reward for that.

I think hes asking if you have the bike and your in a diffrent sone and traing a diffrent type pokemon if there still 6/6, they would be 9/9 sence 12-15 wich is a 3 number diffrence so it would be the same with that
