Yes it does. You're the one who asked the question in the first place. When you asked the question, you already knew the answer. So, since you asked and answered your own question, you can't be elegable for the title, because you knew the answer to the question, which you previously asked.

When you challenge the Almighty Fanatic, you ask them a question.
If they don't know the answer, you post it. Then you become the almighty fanatic.
If they do answer it right, then you keep asking them questions until they DO get 'stumped'.

lemme clear this up. Aqua, Jay is the new Almighty Fanatic. Jay asked Chibi a question, and Chibi didn't know the answer, so she has to hand the title over to Jay. Also, I believe that the Fanatic's the only one who's supposed to answer the question, but I might be wrong about the last part. =/
