All this crap for a PS3. Seems hardly worth it. I'm going to wait until the prices go down. I'll probably buy one in like 5 years, that is if they are still around. Sounds like the game ratings for the PS3 isn't so good.

I'll buy A Wii and PS3 when it is cheaper than $600 (I'm not paying that much! mad P smile and when it is guaranteed that I won't be mugged and/or killed.
The wierdos buy them just so they can sell them to other maniacs at a higher price. I think some stupid bloke bought one for...$2,500 or so.
That's just idiotic.
Someone else took it apart and said it should, at most, be resaled while new at $800. American gamers are crazy. No doubt about it. stare

Sony can kiss my a**. I'm not paying $600 when the only real major feature is blue ray and I'm not that desperate to have it. Sitting outside for days and days on end is ridiculous. If you're top priority in life is to own the latest and (greatest) gadget then something is wrong with you.

Campers are morons. lol kare neko I know how you feel,sony's stuff is always so expensive and it breaks so easily. I'm just gonna wait till it's like $300 the wii is good enough for me and I never really cared for the xbox

I feel sorry for the poeple that camped to get the ps3. The likely hood of getting a PS3 until after the new year is slim because of how many units that sony is shipping out beforehand and how many people have already pre-ordered this system.

phoenix_kittie Campers are ******** idiots. So far, there has been multiple shootings, eggings, rape and robbery within day and a half. I'm sorry, it's not worth the wait. Here in Texas, I had to witness some of that outside of both Gamestop and Best Buy. neutral It's tragic, and stupid.

(.~.Vengeful.Goddess.~.) I'm driving home last night after my game, and I'm just glancing around like normal, and up at Best Buy I see a crap ton of people in tents outside the place. Now, I knew what they were there for, but I couldn't help but giggle slightly at them.
Did anyone else have encounters with any of these people? And, were any of you actually camping out for a chance to get a PS3? I always laughed at those people too and called them losers....I viewed them as idiots with no life.....But then the PS3 came out....and I sought to join these "no-life-losers" sweatdrop
Sadly, everywhere was already full and the one that I did find where they told me there was an opening, the store suddenly only had 10 PS3s instead of 12 like I was told at first and the people camping out there all but ran me off. They didn't want me there because they wanted them all to sell on Ebay, I'm female, and I was younger than them. stare I hate scalpers. I really do.

Where i live the magority of the population is ether goths or gamers and like 80% of the pop where gamers but the cool thing is that I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO GET BOTH A PS3 AND A WII xd xd xd xd xd xd xd xd xd xd xd IT WAS AWSOME

The way Walmarts around here were running the PS3 thing was they put up a tent with 10 chairs in it. If you were in a chair at 12:01AM on Friday the 17th, you got a PS3.....If you had the money. They had like....20 people in 10 chairs around here. It was dumb....I left and went somewhere else.
