I know that doesn't sound Anita-esque but... still.. lol

Though I talked to one of Laurell's friends (Kenyon, at a author interview thing at college... she's really cool), and I'm almost completely positive that she said that the sex issue was going to be taken down a notch.

I decided that I'd have to stab the nearest person in the face in Anita and Edward got it on. Unlikeley boinking aside, I'm excited that edward is back ^_^

Hello ! I haven't posted in a very long time but I do love reading L.K.H.'s
books and I agree that Anita was way too sexxed up in the last book !!!! Not even the Gentry books are that bad ! And Mistral's Kiss was an awsome book too !!!! Well at lease I don't have to wait so long for the next book to read now ! have a great nite all !!!

I can't wait for the release of the new book. The title alone is exciting. I wonder what questions and loose ends she plans to respond to this time? What I'd really like to see is a book similar to the Micah one, that revolves around good ole b***h-queen Raina. For a charcter that died...and has been brought back Star Wars style many times XD, not a lot is really known about her... Despite her infamouy.

i heard that a charecter that's been in a few books but not a main one is going to be killed off. i've been thinking, who could she possibly have killed. so many ppl r going through my mind but i'm like, no not that person, she can't. i just need the book to come out so i can find out once and for all.

Question, by someone not me I was wondering three things. One, what happened to Edward, are we going to ever see him again? He was such an interresting character, and I would love to see a series with just him!!! Two, Dolph seems to have gone the way of Edward, is he going to return either? (I know he and Anita had a falling out, but does that mean he has to fall out of the series?) Three, I really enjoyed the beginning books in the Anita Series, but have noticed you getting away from the mysteries, and concentrating more on the romance aspect. Do you see this series going back to being a "Vampire Hunter" series with mystery and intrigue or are we seeing you move more into sex and romance? Answer, by someone known only as Admin Edward will be in The Harlequin. Not sure when Dolph will be back. The following books should be more crime/mystery dependent.

Well I'm also glad Edward is back ! I do so enjoy the relationship between those two but I believe before she can bring Dolph back she has to figure out how to deal with his issues he's having and now his animosity toward Anita and her lifestyle. But maybe it will happen soon !!!! I do like Dolph and how he was at the beginning of the series but this person he is now just does not work for me.

For all of you who care, edward did NOT know about the ardeur that Anita had, cuz in the preview in Danse Macabre (paperback) Anita calls him and he asks about the rumors that have been going around about their triumvirate.
By the way, the person who talked about Laurell posting the first chapter of The Harlequin... there's a second chapter posted now too....

Im really excited about Edward being back, but It would be ironic for her to screw edward, simply because they have NEVER had any kind of attraction for one another, but BOTH have contemplated marrying one another for pure practicality purposes.
