As in it can be moved from location to location, rather than built into the ground :3
My mom (my real mom) and I got stuck at the top of it when some kid at the bottom of it threw up and they had to stop the wheel to clean it up xD

Seriously, why would you throw up at the bottom of it? I'd think you'd be more likely to throw up at the top. The bottom's not that exciting.

Actually, I think he might have thrown up in the middle going up
Normally they stop fairly frequently to let more people on, but they went all the way to get that section to the bottom and then turned it off : P
