roxybudgy LoneGothic Right now, I'm ashamed of being Pro-Kagome and Pro-Kikyou. Get the ******** STEREOTYPE OFF OF ME. stressed Proudly Pro-Kikyou and Pro-Kagome. Get over it suckers. I know how you feel. I mean, some of us go around insulting the antis, and yet some think the same of us. I feel ashamed when I see Kikyou supporting websites that bash antis. I mean, were pro Kikyou right? Not anti antis. Yup. Exactly what I feel. The Kikyou and Kagome friendship Fanlisting PWNS all. mrgreen Need advertising for that fanlisting... Any chance we could make a PRO-BOTH guild? I'm happy to use gold that way and besides... it's where we can all be same together without some Pro-Kik's a bit Anti-Kag and some Pro-Kag's a bit Anti-Kik. ... I just REALLY don't like how some of the Pro-Kag Gaians are... advertising in their Anti-Kik's in their banners. neutral

What is the URL for the fanlisting? I've never heard of it before, but it sounds great. A Pro Both guild would be good too, but I already donated 6000 towards the making of another guild.

I like Kikyou more, but I am Proudly Pro Kikyou & Kagome.
the only thing i can't stand about Kagome, is her ENglsih voice actor..I just, I don't like it.
Kagome may be a bit annoying, but Kikyou can cause problems too. So, i like them both, Proudly Suppor tboth of them, and wish, but no it won't come true, that Kag and Kik were loved by all....
I don't hate any charcters, I find some annoying, ie: shippo, but I wonder what the point is by hating a fictional character?

I'm pro-both characters.
Kikyou and Kagome are both great characters and essential to the anime itself. Without either of them,it just wouldn't be the same thing.
And although I like Kikyou more,I do like Kagome quite a bit.
Funny thing,it was the antis that led me to being so pro-both of them. xp
I would go into threads bashing either character and defend whichever character it was because I don't like seeing anime characters bashed like that,especially with the ridiculous reasons they were using.
So I would counter with positive traits of the characters,and after doing it so much,I found myself liking them both.
After all,it's kind of hard to defend something so much and not grow to like it. lol
Before that though,I had been kind of neutral about either.

I'm in the same boat as you.
I can easily defend them against haters,but to say why I like them requires a bit of thought to come up with the reasons.
I have to write an essay some time saying why I like both,that way I can easily pull from that.
I think it has to do with the fact that the haters have already stated their reasons. It's easier to come up with a defense to a reason you can already see than it is to come up with a reason to explain why you like the character.
When I defend characters,it's always like this:
hater: well she's blah blah blah!
me: no she's not,and here's why....
The character gets defended so easily,because all I'm doing is pointing out the errors in the hater's argument.
But,to explain my liking of a character,well,I have to actually recall the reasons first,since they're not at the top of my memory. And unfortunately for me,my memory is the pits. xp

I support both Kikyou & Kagome. Kikyou is a personal favorite, but the show wouldn't be the same without her.

Kagome annoys me, and I do belong to the Anti-Kagome Guild. I don't hate her, I only hate people who directly offend me repeatedly (So as an ink blob, that's kind of hard, unless Rumiko Takahashi had some problem with me). But yeah, I do dislike her.

I don't care much for Kagome. She depends on InuYasha saving her a** when she's capable of doing it herself. I suppose I just don't like her co-dependance problem. But aside from that she's a perfectly fine person. Maybe...
