Pride let out a laugh as she finished talking. smileing and tossing his gleaming antlers "you make it seem as if we are not allowed to love of care." he shook his head softly. "you seem to have quite a choice to make my dear, and perhaps a little to learn" pawing at the ground with his hooves, turning his body around to glance back at the group of Anlach drunk Herla, watching the Stags strut around, impressing the females.

Dorcheira shrugged,"Fate is cruel in many respects but, as you say, there is a greatness in the herla that can allow us to rise above it." Something to learn, hmm. Perhaps she was to learn the true meaning of unconditional love? "I suppose the best I can do is to trust my instinct, my heart if you can forgive the cliche, and beg Herne his guidance," She thought a moment,"While we are dicussing Anlatch-induced philisophy, should a deer that fears he or she will not be accepted by a herd hide in the shadows or come forth? I know it may seem irrelevent, but I assure you I have reason for asking."

"we have learned from history to be very cautious of outsiders we allow into the Herd" he turned his head back to her. thinking that maybe the Deer she spoke us that would never give her young, was trying to get into the Herd. what use would a breedless Outrider be... well... if he was able to fight, then perhaps. but Pride was never to keen on letting outsiders in. very often it was a mistake. "it is worth a try" he admitted "if the Fell Lore could trust him, then so be it." looking at Dorcheira, he frowned slightly. she seemed to care for that other Herla... it bothered him... what a Waist of such a lovely Hind, who would surely produce fine young.

He speaks of Sgorr, she relized. True, history was often a good teacher. "I do have a duty to uphold," she sighed,"Two rather, one to my heart, and one to my herd. Now the only question, how do I manage both?"
She watched does flirt with healthy stags, and saw the males show off their tines, inviting the females closer,"Perhaps this first time is for observation, rather than action."
