Entry #1 - Reciving the Summon
All I have to say is... wow. I'm still not believing that I'm holding the artifact in my arms. It's so mind blowing that I've been giving this job and I'm hoping that I'm ready for it.
The artifact I've been given is unidentified, as they are the first of their kind to be found. Looking at the two embracing figures, many possibilities goes through my mind but one can't be sure until we get the proper results.
The two share some similar markings, but the intensity of the color is quite different. Also, their wings are their seperating trait. One looks as if the wings are made up of metal plates, and the other looks like it's been shredded and ripped. The artifact also has been identified as male, more experiments shall be done... as soon as I snap out of my shock.

Entry #2 - Reciving the Coloration
Normally I don't sleep late very much, or I do, mostly because I go to sleep late. But as I open my eyes today and limp out of the bed, I almost fell again.
The relic has gained color!
I'm not sure why or what influence it to gain color, but it did! The Metal Wing has gain a earthly orange color while the Tattered Wing has gained a bluish color. I've been too busy today to make a trip over to the museum and talk to the people, but I shall go tomorrow!

Entry #3 - Reciving the Life Page 1036 - Page 1041
Give me a few moments to calm down or I swear I'll burst from the excitment.
Anyway, I went to my parents's house today to look them up after last night's wild partying (fully dressed.) But when I got home, I found that the relic is shaking and glowing! So I rushed over to the museum, tripped on the door steps, crash landed on my face and slide in on my forehead, it was painful.
There were quiet a few people there when I got there and more came in, even Junyi showed up! Although I ended up bantering with Junyi while we waited for the relic to hatch... I swear, I've never seen such beautiful little boys in my life.
I named the one in armor Lawfer and the other Lezard, named after some of my favorite video game characters. I shall be calling up many friends tonight about the news.

Entry #4 - Making Friends... sorta Page 1045 - Page 1050
Lawfer and Lezard made friends today? Or at least Lawfer did...
Anyway, I sticked around after the breath-taking birth so let the pair get familiar with the place they'll probably spend a lot of their time in. Koko and Ahnna showed up later with thier older thule and even though Double L didn't get a chance to meet Katana and Moriko, they did get themselves introduced (actually, they didn't now that I think about it) to Real and Aikaz. Lawfer and Lezards seems to get along with Real well, espacially Lawfer. But Aikaz... well, she seems to enjoy screaming in my ear when I'm asleep.
I look forward to meeting them again, when I'm not in a condition where I'll fall asleep halfway through watching the kids.

Entry #5 - Being sick for fun and profit... NOT
It's been a long time since I last write any entries and believe me, it's for good reasons.
The morning after I left the museum, I woke up to trip over some toys and almost broke my legs. But that's only the START of a chain of bad lucks that lasted all these time.
Anyway, the kids are at a friend's house while I'm in the hospital recovering from various alliments I mysterious contracted. Lawfer and Lezard visits me sometimes but they are not at a age where they can keep quite and still. I would love to have them here with me but... the last time they visited, Lezard somehow got into the nurse's locker room and caused a huge rackus. The kid is really too curious for his own good. Urg, just thinking about it makes me feel sick...

Entry #6 - It's never good on the end of the spectrum
"Oh come on~ Lezard." I child the baby, who still refuses to open his mouth. "You used to love corn."
Frustrated, I put down the bowl and glare at the young one. It's not that he did anything again, nor is it really his fault, but Lezard's tendency to switch favorite food/toy/brand/etc every week is frankly, very annoying and not easy on the financial standing.
"Why can't you be like your brother?" I asks the silver haired one. "Lawfer never gives me much trouble..." Which is mostly the truth. Mostly. But the red baby's devotion to his chewing ball is beginning to alarm me, it's fine now that he's a baby. But what happens when he's a toddler? Child? Or god forbid, teen? He can't still be going around chewing on the same rubber ball.
So on one side I have a little boy who still sleep with the same blanket the night he came home for the first time, the other demands different items at least once a week...They are almost opposites of each other, like me and my brother, now I understand why mother have such headaches.
"Oh fine." Admitting defeat, I put down the bowl. "What would you like?" I can almost feel myself rolling eyes at myself. As if Lezard can talk.
Walking to the fridge, I take out several different food items and put them out in front of Lezard so he can pick (This has been going on enough that I usually keep a small selection in the fridge.) Finally, the boy picks the new carrot flavored food and slops on it while I put the rejects back.
Actually, wasn't Lezard into carrots about a month and half ago? Or was that apples? Really who knows anymore?

Entry #008 - A Father's thoughts...
I've been thinking... kinda... about the boys. I'm watching them playing in the pen with Luna as I'm writing this and well... as I said... I've been thinking.
As much as the boys are alike and unseparateable (they nearly tried to choke me to death when I tried to let different people to take care of them,) they are different as night and day. Yet, it's amazing how they get along well together, it might not be bunnies and cnadies all the time. But for them, even at their young age, it's like... they need each other.
How can I put it better... It's because that they are together that... their unique qualities gets brought out more. Lawfer's stubbornness won't be so apparent if not compared to Lezard's tendency of very... inconsistent of what he wants. Red's quietness won't be so noticeable if not for Lezard's joy of causing something every chance he gets. It's because they are together that their uniquness and personality comes out even more, it's like they are originally one so they can get along, but yet divided in half so they each get a different share... am I making any sense here?
Lezard has just gotten Luna into chasing him again, I have no idea how he does it. So far, Lezard has been the more outgoing of the twins, Lawfer prefer to play 'chew-the-ball' by himself at the corner. Yet the only times where Lawfer accepts other people are normally initiated by Lezard? isn?t that an interesting fact?
I have no idea where I'm going with this musing, I'm just sitting here and letting my mind go off all over the places. I've started to refer the twins and my daughter as 'Triple L.' Which to me is amusing because normally I have no habit of giving out nicknames. I suppose children does have a effect on one?s personality.

Entry #009 - Children's Playtime... Interupted (Joint post with Junyi.)
It's harder to juggle a baby and a ancient text than she originally thought it would be, especially considering that both need careful handling and need to be kept apart. Finally, deciding that her arms are getting tired, Yeu sets the baby down on the floor, letting her played with the pair of infants already on the floor, hoping that the three won't make a mess.
Why does she suddenly feels like her study has just become the new nursery?
Luna blinks, eyeing the others with some interest before scooting back toward Yeu, her projections happy, bubbly, and full of curiosity, as if to demand to see what her father is doing.
Lawfer really couldn't care for what the others are doing, although he did watch Luna with curiously when she's first set down. His twin, however, paid much more attention to the their new companion. While the red adu played with his ball like Yeu had asked, Lezard crawls towards Luna, mischief already apparent in his eyes.
:O, answers Luna, turning her attention toward him. What is THIS newcomer? A friend? A sibling? Does he wish to play? She grins at him, projecting a faint greeting in his direction.
Lezard, although still unknown if he possess any telepathic ability, nerveless still reply with a smile. He flaps his leathery wings a bit, and tries to the best of his abilities, in his baby talk, asking if Luna wants to play.
Again with the strange noises. Luna seems less interested in what he has to say and more interested in the wings on his back. Her eyes lighting up, she quickly navigates toward him, reaching for the wings.
If only Yeu knows what's going on, she should probably be thankful that Lezard's wings aren't sharp like Lawfer's, or Luna might find her tiny soft hands blossom like a peeled onion. Lezard on the other hand, already knows early in life that of all things, he does NOT like his wing pulled, so as Luna approaches, her chubby arms aiming for his wings, he backs away.
With a frown, Luna plops on the ground. That.... that's no fair. .__.
Temporary safe, Lezard's mind is already beginning to work. Crawling forward a few inches, he tempts Luna to chase after him.
Luna easily takes the bait, crawling after him curiously. Why does he tempt her so? Is he made out of things that taste strange? There's only one way to find out, of course...
Lawfer gives another look at the playing pair, part of him wishes that he can join, but another part of him has a very (primal) feeling that his twin is up to no good. So he decides that stuffing the soft rubbery ball in his mouth might be more fun.
Lezard continues to tempt the girl infant, keeping his pace slower so she can think she's gaining on him only to pull away at the last moment.
Yeu is in a blissful heaven as she tries to decipher the new map that she had bought in a flea market, it looks promising, but there are only one way to find out…
Luna continues crawling after Lezard, eyes wide. Slow dooooooooooooooooown! crying
The young adu's eyes suddenly sees something in the back of his vision, and his eyes narrows slightly. Purposely stopping in a certain spot, he watches with anticipation as the other closes in on him.
FINALLY! With a happy mental squeal, Luna dives...
Hmm? What is that over there? With a almost way to perfect timing for one so young, Lezard moves out of the way of the incoming plunging torpedo.
Luna SLAMS into a pile of books, sending them tumbling over as she squeals unhappily.
Lawfer looks up from his blissful chewing of the rubber ball just in time to see a flash and a *BANG* That's going to leave a mark…
Yeu, jolted out of her happy world, accidentally drops the pen she's using. She quickly turns around, and eyes widen at the mess with her daughter as it's filling. Just as she gets up, she see the large, disfiguring stain on the precious new map and scrambles to save the ancient document from absolute ruin. But then there is her daughter, for all she knows, suffocating under all the books. With tears in her eyes, Yeu unwilling lets go of the map and starts to dig for the baby.
Lezard in the mean time, has returned to Lawfer's side, and takes over the ball that his twin had dropped in shock, but also dropped the toy after noticing how drool covered it was.
Luna sniffles loudly, clinging tightly to Yeu as her mind is an incoherent babble of discomfort and shock. crying The books attacked her! They fell on her! She fell into them and she thinks a corner scratched her cheek and...
Seeing that her hand's going to be full with three babies, a piled of books (with one of the said babies as it's cream filling), and a soon to be unsalvageable map.
"Yun, Boyan!" She shouts. "I need your help, NOW." Then her mind catches up with her. "I mean, MELODY!"
Eh? Help from Melo? Melody RACES into the study, beaming proudly. Melody is here to help! What does Yeu need help w...
She suddenly stops when she sees the scene in front of her.
Is the chibi okay?!
Yun arrives about five paces behind Melody and almost face faults at the scene. He just cleaned the room this morning! He finally put all the books back in order! He finally… then the Porcelain locates the two Aduthule in one of the corners of the room. The red one is currently cowering while the blue one looks suspiciously innocent.
That deserves to be noted.
"Help me get the books out of the way." Yeu directs. "Oh god, Junyi's going to kill me if she's here."
Melo thought she was at work! In either case, she frantically begins flinging away from Luna, not caring where or how they land. They're just silly little bundles of paper; a life is much more valuable than those!
Luna, however, is not pleased. She begins sniffling audibly, tears streaming from her eyes. This has just been a HORRIBLE day!
Yun almost faints at the mess that Melody's making, but she's right, Luna's more important than any books, Yeu can always find another copy. Right?
The said person would love to agree, but seeing her precious collection ruined so only brings tears to her eyes, why do they HAVE to do that to her precious… wait, is that a arm she sees? She digs faster, hoping to free the baby before any permanent harm is done.
Luna flails frantically, her choked cries becoming more desperate.
Can't... breathe...
Throwing 'Twelve Ways to End the World' and 'How to Resurrect Ancient Evils' aside, Yeu picks up 'Creatures that Should Not-Be-Named' and tosses it aside, the parent finally locates the baby and pulls her free.
Seeing that the young one is safe (for now,) Yun immediately moves on to the next thing on the list. Locating the cause, and he has a pretty good idea who is responsible as he glares at the twin adu.
Luna sucks in a wheezing breath, finally able to cry properly... and cry she does. She buries her face in Yeu's chest and sobs pitifully, hiccuping as she sucks in gasping breaths between sobs.
Melody is simply glad Jokeph is practically passed out. @_@
Comforting the baby in low and gentle whispers, she turns around and sees that her map is indeed, unsalvageable. Choking down a cry, she continues to gently pat the baby's back and murmurs comforting words, since she also needs it herself.
Yun on the other hand, advances on the other pair of young babies to the side. With Doom and Gloom in his eyes.
Melody follows Yun, her gaze stern.
Someone is going to get a time-out.
Lezard is finally looking a bit fearfully at the two towering(from his POV) Porcelains while Lawfer looks like he's about to faint.
Yun sends out a warning, whoever cause that mess to happen BETTER come forward, of they both gets it.
And Melo will make sure they don't get cookies, either!
Her threats don't seem to be very threatening.
The two adus looks at each other, each obviously knows who's at fault. But as much as Lawfer wants to make that point, he couldn't. Lezard, however, doesn't have that ethics problem, and pushes his twin foward so that the other lands flat on his face. The red Adu looks at in fear at their prosecutors, maybe wondering if the two's going to eat him.
Melody stares at Yun, frowning. She doesn't think the red one did it. ._. Did Uncle Grumpy see how willing the other one was to backstab him? >O
Yun suddenly realizes one thing though, more important than finding the criminal. How are they, a species communicating solely with telepathy suppose to communicate with a species that as of yet, HAVEN'T showed much aptitude for such ability?
Melo thought Yun could write?
Yun blushes slightly. Did she say write? Yes. But writing coherently is another matter.
Meanwhile, unable to understand their debate, Lawfer is nearly wetting his pants.
Melody gently leans forward and pats Lawfer's head, but is certain to glare at Lezard. She is nearly certain that the other one did it, the backstabbing sneak. >O
Now, now. Yun disagrees. There is nothing proving anyone's innocence, which also means there isn't anything to prove anyone's guilty either. But Yun's SURE he stacks the books well enough that it won't fall from anything less than a charging baby. What does Melody think they should do with them since Yeu's still busy comforting a crying baby and trying not to cry herself?
......Melody has no earthly idea. .__. She does, however, continue patting Lawfer's head.
Yun thinks about it for a few moments. Should they... punish the two?
Why should they punish them if they're not even proven guilty? And what kind of punishment did Uncle Grumpy have in mind, anyway?
Well, that's a good question, what can you punish a baby to do?
Spankings, sitting in the corner...
Melody thinks they should sit in the corner!
Yun tilts his head to one side. They are babies, can they sit in a chair without someone supporting them?
They could just get a time-out, couldn't they?
Good idea. Yun nods as he picks up Lawfer, leaving the suspicous one for Melody.
Melody quickly picks up Lezard, glaring harshly at him as she drags him off to another corner. He is going to have the time-out of his LIFE! >O
Getting the inking that he's NOT going to like what's going to happen, Lezard turns on his baby cuteness and puppy eye super tech to full power and directs them at Melody. Can anyone looking like THIS be guilty? No way, right?
Melody seems to melt for an instant, but her expression quickly hardens. Those sort of tricks aren't going to work on MELODY. She pulled the exact same things as a baby, so she knows what to look for, see? She plops him down in the corner, spins him around until he's facing the wall, and steps back, still glaring at the back of his head.
Yun, from farther down the hallway. Stops and looks puzzingly at what Melody's doing. Aren't they just going to put the babies back in the nusery and into their cribs?
.............Oh. That works too.
With a sigh, Melody picks Lezard up and begins dragging him out of the room.
Yun sighs and loudly begins to complain how he's going to have to rearrange the entire study, right after he cleans out all of Yeu's tear stains.
Melody frowns, her lip trembling. But it's not the CHIBI'S fault! She didn't know any better!
Yun turns to her, did he even mentions the Luna yet? Did Melody see the stains on her? That's going to take some heavy washing and... wait, did Melody hear the water running?
Melody gasps audibly. Luna's MAKEUP! It'll be washed off! Melody has to go get the makeup RIGHT NOW! What if Luna is getting SPLASHED?
Yun almost facefaults again and decides to take a detour down to the bathroom. There, he picks inside of the small room, and his eyes widens.
Oh boy.
Is Luna okay, Melody wonders?
Melody might want to look for herself.
Melody peeks in the bathroom... and immediately whirls away. She can't watch!
Yun nods. Yes, Yeu obviously doesn't know what she's doing, what's she thinking NOT using the baby's bathwash?
Melody is just... going to put this one in his crib... and then find Luna's makeup. @_@;;;
Yun shakes his head, he'll do the same, and helps Melody find that makeup.
Lezard yanks on Melody's hair to make sure she still knows he's waiting to be pampered.
In reply, Melody drops Lezard angrily.
Yun instictively dives for the dropping child and catches it in time, then he realizes that maybe he should have let Lezard drop. The boy can use some lessons.
Melody quickly pulls Lezard out of Yun's arms and continues dragging him down the hall, sighing loudly.
Yun watches Melody disappears down the hall, and fliches at a particularly off-key in Yeu's barely passable song. Sighing, he follows her and decides that maybe, leaving Luna alone with her father for once won't kill her.

Entry #010 - Sibling's Bond
Finally getting some time off from work, I took the twins to the park over the weekend. It's very normal, I know, but I think normality is very nice for youngesters. And surprisingly, my siblings took up my offer to join me, I mean BOTH of them. How rare it's that?
The twins are surprisingly fond of my older sister, I have a feeling I just moved down from their list of favorite things. Li didn't mind the attachment, she even said it's a nice break from her work (She's a workholic like my father, and if you think I'm bad, you should see them!)
Somehow all of us fond ourself on the swings, with Lezard in Li's lap and Lawfer on Yeau's. At first I thought the two boys would have trouble telling me and Yeau apart (we are also twins after all) but it seems they didn't, or at least I couldn't tell they had trouble with that. The three of us talk about times past, present, and future. It was very nice to be like that again, all of us had grown apart in our adult life.
Then the topic turned to the younger pair of twins, who are squirming in my siblings' laps and refuses to stop until we set them down together in the sand pit. I told them about the two babies, or at least what I know of them, which is still very little. I complained about how a pain in the a** kids are (jokingly of course.) I'm seriously convinced that Lezard has some form of ADD, the kid can't keep his mind on one thing for more than a few minutes at a time. While Lawfer is as stubborn as a... very hard rock...
Yeau just laughed, my older brother always had a less logical view than me, rare for a first born son. He said that little Lezard just doesn't know what he wants with his life yet while Lawfer has full control (how that applies to babies I don't know, I mean, I could understand if they are teenagers...) In which I suggested that maybe Lezard is more like Yeau and Lawfer is more like me.
Li just smiled and suggested that Lawfer is better at being satisfied with his life and what he has while Lezard is still striving to see what's out there, if there are anything better. In that case, won't Lawfer be more like Yeau and Lezard more like me?
I admit it's something that haven't entered my mind, and it deserves farther thought on my part. But it's a pleasant day spend, and maybe I'll write a more detailed entry later.

Entry #011 - Distant Red
It struck me as I watched the kids for today, and by kids, I mean KIDS, a lot of them. Okay, I'm not the most affectionate of people but even at a young age I love to cling and clung and you know... kids' stuff. But the more and more I spend time with the children, the more I get to know them, and frankly, one thing disturbs me.
Lawfer has been growing distant with the others.
And by distand, I mean VERY. He would spend most of the play time sitting near my leg where he would keep a hang clutching my pants. Even when I place him in the middle of games the others are playing, he comes right back. He didn't use to be this antisocial.
Upon realizing this, I turned to see what Lezard is up to and found the boy has gotten Luna into another round of 'Grab My Wings.' I tried to nudge Lawfer towards the action but he refuses to move, and yes, he's starting to grow so attached that I can't even leave him for a moment.
But when Lezard turns to him and urged him to join, Lawfer looks at me for a few more seconds before crawling towards the game, even though his little face seems a bit unwilling.
I wonder what's with the change?

Aduthule Quote: Quest Time! Lawfer has, apparently, been getting a little distant... maybe it would be best to see if he can fit in the crowd without Lezard's help? Take him somewhere where he can socialize with other children his age (perhaps the Aduthule HQ?) and see if he can share his precious ball. If he does, who knows what can happen? Lezard's so very fickle! It's time for him to start building up some dedication towards certain things and learning some responsibility. Teach Lezard a useful hobby he may enjoy, and if he does enjoy it, it might have interesting results!

Lawfer's Quest - Part 1Quest Lawfer has, apparently, been getting a little distant... maybe it would be best to see if he can fit in the crowd without Lezard's help? Take him somewhere where he can socialize with other children his age (perhaps the Aduthule HQ?) and see if he can share his precious ball. If he does, who knows what can happen? Lawfer isn't very happy to be separated from his other half that much I can tell. But the boy also isn't the type to throw fits; he is the type who angers coldly. Like if you turn around you can feel the icy touch of his rage making your hair stand on ends. And when you have to hold him like I'm now, it feels pretty much the same as holding a block of ice cube with a time bomb inside that you really don't know if it's going to blow up.
Not something I like to do.
To my disappointment, I did not find anyone in the museum when I stopped by. The lump of burning ice in my arms is getting mighty unnerving. Thinking maybe I just arrived too early, I decided to stop by a park around the area that I know of.
Gaia is truly an exciting world; the population changes and grows with each passing day, often by the hours. It's truly stimulating for a academic mind trying to study them all, except... Lawfer does not have such a mind.
I've found out on other trips that Lawfer does not like anywhere with more than zero strangers, especially those who insist on intruding in his own private space. As kids often do. So simply speaking, a park is the last place he wants to be. You would be glad to know the boy doesn't discriminate; it doesn't matter if they have wings, legs, tails or scales, he wants them out of his sight. I can feel the ice cube getting heavier as the park comes into view, and I'm somehow glad I can't see the little boy's face. He probably has a look of murder on his childish face, framed by the baby fat.
There are already many children at the park, many of species I have yet read about. Hoping that the boy might find one child who he is comfortable with, I tentatively put the baby on the side of one of the sandpits. It didn't take long for Lawfer to draw some attention from other children, while some only look, others approaches him, much to his horror.
I try my best to encourage him to interact with the other children, but he makes it plainly that the only way he'll interact with them is telling them to go away. Which many did, attracted by newer more interesting things, until eventually only one girl of large colorful wings remain. She is of an insistent type. First offering her snack (which is rejected,) then her toy (which is also rejected,) I had to intervene on her behalf when she tries to take the rubber ball, thankfully for her I did too. In some circumstances where he is pushed hard enough, Lawfer can become blindly violent, and at that point even Lezard have little effect on the red adu. I prefer none of that happening in public, if at all.
Almost giving up, I retreats to a quieter corner of the park and let the baby play on his own on the soft grass. Dropping my lazy a** on to a nearby bench as my imagination takes over all rational thoughts in my head. At this rate, Lawfer is probably become a old man without EVER talking to anyone outside of the family, he will be one of those old farts living up on one of those houses surrounded by thunder and the neighborhood kids will hold Courage Tests by hunting for ghosts in his house and he'll...
"HEY! What are you doi..." Something caught my attention at the edge of my sight.
Then I stop, and look again.
Lawfer. Brown Thing. Interacting. OMGWTF call me amazed.
The Brown Thing in question looks to be a... dog. A regular, non-magical, four-legged, tail-wagging, saliva-dripping, dog. Scientific name, Canis familiaris. Well, it's not actually brown, it's partly white too, but mostly brown... THAT IS NOT THE POINT, I need to remind myself. The point IS, the dog just licked Lawfer on the cheek, and its didn't lose its tongue. In fact, Lawfer is... he really is... giggling. He. Can. Giggle. OMG my mind, she is blown.
