That sounds fine to me. Since there is shonen-ai and I don't like to read lemons for those, no hetero lemons either, also gaia does not allow it. I'm okay with that deadline. That gives the judges about four days to read and decide, because I want to try to have the winner announced on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day at the latest if possible. Make the prize a nice gift for them.
I think they should be posted as links to fanfiction.net, mediaminer.org, or (if all else fails) adultfanfiction.net. If they are posted on an independent site, like Midii's site, please make sure the author's email is available because I will be emailing the credited author to make sure is the one who submitted it, because plagurism is bad. Question is, will all the judges, including myself, be able to read and decide amongst all the fics in four day, if there are enough of them?
I'll make a thread to post links to the fanfics as soon as I get the okay from Lady Une. I will lock the thread on the morning of the 21 when I wake up ( Six in the morning Eastern Time Zone), giving six extra hours for late entries, and to stop anybody from sneaking their entries in. The only thing is, I do not know if a poll in a locked thread will still function, or if maybe the poll should be put in this thread.

I will definently have more time this holiday! I'll be on the competing end, there. I love fanfiction.
Another suggestion for a prize would be art. I know I've been shopping around for avi art, but I don't have the patience to save up my money.

With that deadline, I can make at least 1 really good one. I also have one one-shot that I'm going to enter though it isn't Christmas/New Years. Is that ok?
