Unsealing of Reul
*BANG* Jyuko woke up to hear loud shuffling noises from the living room. She got up and cautiously peeked out into the room, where there were the usual clothes and books scattered everywhere. She started to inch her way into the room when she saw a pile of clothes moving. Thinking it might be a small animal, Jyuko took a clothes hanger and very carefully lifted up the clothes to reveal a baby underneath. “Where did you come from?” Jyuko asked the baby as she leaned down to pick him up. “No, it couldn't be....” Jyuko said as she picked up the phone to call her uncle. When he answered he didn't seem surprised at the fact that Jyuko was calling him and when she mentioned the baby, he asked if she had taken the scroll to the address that he had given to her. Jyuko answered that she hadn't and her uncle said he would be right over with a car seat and then hung up.
When Jyuko's uncle arrived, they loaded the baby into the car and headed toward the address. As they drove, Jyuko asked lots of questions but her uncle's only response was, “Your questions will all be answered when we get to the Museum.” This raised even more questions for Jyuko but she decided she would just be quiet. Besides, her uncle was the kind of person who, when he made up his mind, there was no changing it.
When they arrived at the Museum Jyuko's uncle said “Okay, here we are”.
Jyuko waited for her uncle to put the car in park but when he didn't she asked him “Aren't you coming in”? He said no and offered no explanation. She didn't really want to pursue her uncle's reason any longer because of the look on his face. She decided to just grab Reul and the car seat and go. She would find another way home. She noticed that Reul was sleeping when she opened the door to the backseat. She took him out and his head immediately hit her shoulder. Then she unstrapped the seat and carried it in her free hand. Juggling the car seat and Reul, was no easy task but she was determined that she could do it. The minute Jyuko got Reul out of the cars way Jyuko's uncle sped out of sight as fast as he could. 'That was weird.' Jyuko thought, 'Why is he acting so strange?' But her thoughts were almost immediately lost as she walked into the building.
