The problem with alot of gamers these days is "its all about the graphics" and I disagree with that. Yes graphics add to the game dramatically but if you have a absolutly horrible game with crappy characters and crappy story line but beautiful graphics alot of poeple arnt going to like it. I can go back and play Final Fantasy 7 and play it repeatedly with its graphics. Graphics arnt everything and its sad this concept is being more widely adapted.

(.~.Vengeful.Goddess.~.) Has anyone tried to go back and play it recently? I did so not very long ago and it was crazy how much graphics have improved. I mean, I knew they were a lot better. But revisiting one of your old favorites like that really shoves into sharp contrast the way things have advanced.
Actually, I went back to play it a couple of days ago, mostly to see what everyone loves so much about it. I played about 30 minutes before I had to set it down again, I just can't seem to get into Zelda that much, though I have the Collecters Edition laying around should I ever try to figure it out again.
That said, while I was playing it I was still really impressed by the graphics. Perhaps it was because I could appreciate that it came from N64 and all that, but I was still very satisfied with the look. I don't know if they did any retouching on it for the Gamecube Collecters edition, but I doubt it would have been much.
