First of all.
Do NOT use this song, it is overrated and overused.
Use a better and less used artist, such as Vai, Petrucci, Satriani, or even Malmsteen.
Or how about from a band?
I would highly recommend the solo from Judas Priest's song, "Painkiller".
I totally agree except that I would probably go for something like "Paradigm Shift" from liquid tension experiment. It's got some crazy s**t in it to learn, and it's impressive. The other good one would be "Jibboom" from Steve Vai. Killer tune, somewhat easy to play.
