Kamin nodded slightly, but not understandingly. He had never known his siblings. Come to think of it, he didn't even know if he even had any. It was customary for young ones to leave his home pack at a certain age, just as he did. And the four couples that the pack consisted of planned their breedings so as they would only have one new pup every year. Another thing that was rare in his home pack was multiple offspring from the females. The four were sisters, all from the same litter, and had made a pack by the beach with their mates. It seemed that those four had extremely low birth rates, and were partially glad for it; the group weren't the parenting type, anyway. Perhaps that was why Kamin enjoyed little ones so much, because he had never had any around when he was growing up.
"That would be a topic I really don't know about. I've never met my siblings, if I have any, so I wouldn't know of their cruelty." He was sympathetic to Loki, however, for cruelty is never a fun thing to experiance.

Bianca tip-toed around the group of Malu she had spotted some time before, observing them with a keen eye. She grinned as she watched Odyss's facial expressions change from interest to apathy, though her spine tingled as the dark one's gaze rested upon him. This male was exceedingly interesting her; even though he was kept at a far distance. She wasn't sure if it was his god that was calling to her, or the way he kept his sentences short and simple.
The white Malu trotted into the scene, black-rimmed wings ruffled as her interest peaked. She brought herself around silently to sit hear Odyss, one of the very few Malu she truly cared about. The shadows around her tickled her legs and a soft grin escaped her maw, until their grasp became tighter than usual. Her heart pounded in her chest in anxiety; there was something wrong... something different. Still, she continued to seat herself beside the brown traveller, almost protecting him in away. Her hackles raised, she said nothing and continued to observe the crowd.

Odyss Glanced to the side slightly in his silent greeting as Bianca sat next to him. He could tell that she was uneasy about something, and if he had to make a guess it was probably Loki. Though he didn’t know how much Amadeus of Vivaldi had told her. Vivladi never talked about Loki, so he was sure that she would probably not know about him. He shifter a little, closer to Bianca and looked back at all the adults. At least the other two seemed friendly, and so far Loki was not threatening, just seemed like he didn’t have much to say. He was sure Bianca would not be in angry danger from being here. So he didn’t worry too much.

Brayden shrugged, looking from Loki to Kamin, "I had two blood siblings that left when I was still young, but there was an older cousin who took pleasure from knocking me around as a child. He grew out of it and we became easy friends." He turned his soft gaze to Bianca when she arrived, nodding his head carefully to dip his antlers to her in greeting. A smile was passed to her and the still silent young male. He felt the uncomfortable haze but with a quick shake of his shoulders, it was easy to continue the conversation despite it. Turning to the newcomer and young male, he spoke first to the female before addressing both of them, "Good day, miss, my name is Brayden. Did the two of you grow up in the temple as well?"

Kamin took a turn to be silent, observing the now larger group he was seated with. He often did things like this, thinking over the personalities of his company, but he never voiced what he thought of them. Sometimes it wasn't too pretty, and sometimes it was way off. Loki, for example, seemed like a trickster type, and seemed to enjoy his ideas in life. Kamin got the idea that Loki was a stuck up creature, but he also got the feeling he could be a real gentlemen if he felt like it. Brayden, on the other hand, seemed to be a through and through good guy, a stand up citizen of the temple, one of those Malu you spend your afternoon discussing the meaning of life with.
And then there were the two little ones, Odyss and the new female. From their close proximety, he assumed they knew eachother quite well, and one of them possibley liked the other in more than a friend kind of way. he could be wrong, of course. After all, very close friends can sit next to eachother and even touch without being bothered. Either way, the group was steadily growing, and Kamin could see an interesting conversation setting itself up.

Bianca's ears came forward at the question posed by the beautiful male before her. Blood rushed to her head and for a moment she felt bashful; her first time ever feeling so. Her gaze, however, didn't leave his. In her months of growth, she had gained more confidence in herself. She wasn't sure if it was because of her undying friendship and love for Odyss, or her lessons learned form her caretaker, Vivaldi.
"I wasn't born here," she answered quickly. "I grew up here, though... with my new family." She raised her head slightly, feeling proud of the fact that she had found a place where she belonged. She felt so different; no longer was she ashamed of her lack of coloring, no longer did she feel small and insignificant. Her pride had increased three-fold. Bianca guessed she had Vivaldi to thank for that.

The male listened intently as the female spoke, taking her obvious pride in stride with a small grin of appreciation. It was good that she had confidence in herself - he would hardly have it any other way with children, when they were confident they seemed to have the most fun with life. Nodding slowly, his smile broadened, "It is a good place to grow up. And I'm glad you found a new family to take care of you." He didn't press for the obvious opening to a story and explanation, unwilling to pry on a first meeting. If he was to know, he would know eventually.

The small female nodded in agreement, pleased that this Malu had the same thought as she. Eventually, her attention scanned back toward his coloring; how beautiful he was! A small grin crossed her face. She knew exactly the Malu who would adore him.
"Have you met my auntie, Immie?" she asked him, thinking of Imogen. Since the albino female had come into the realms of the temple, Bianca had taken an uncanny attachment to her.

As they talked, his gaze slipped away, drifting off to look out into the desert. Sure, he had no complaints growing up here. but in all reality, he could not wait till he could leave… and just travel. Only think keeping him there was his family, and especially Bianca, though often he wondered if maybe she would want to come with him. Only to acknowledge that she would be happier with the Roses, and Vivaldi especially would miss her help and company. Well whatever was happening. Whither he grew up in this temple or not. he knew one thing for sure. He was not going to stick around.
He looked back at Binca as she started talking again; trying to remember the female she was talking about.

He shook his antlers gently, glancing at the young male before focusing his attention on Bianca once again. "No, I haven't met your Aunt... Immie." He smiled kindly, raising his head as if to search for the mentioned maluess before lowering his eyes once again. "I'm afraid you four are the only malu I've met since I arrived here." He looked at Loki, and his smile faded minutely before he looked away, letting the uncomfortable feeling slide off of him to keep from becoming awkward. To Kamin he gave a brief grin, enjoying talking with pups again. It had been some time, and younglings were always the most entertaining.

Kamin remained silent for a time, allowing Brayden to take the conversation. He stirred slightly at the mention of 'Immie', assuming it was none other than Imogen. Bianca actually looked like the maluess in some ways, and he wondered breifly if a white gene ran in the family. "Is Auntie Immie also named Imogen?" He was relatively uninterested, however. For some reason, he had slipped out of his sudden social spur, and decided to let Brayden take completel control of the talk they were having. He would stick around for a while, of course, and add input and all, but that was about it. "If you mean Imogen, I've met her before. She's quite... happy." Yes, that was a good way to describe her. Happy.

"I hope that I might one day meet this... Imogen." The male smiled, shrugging gently as he looked from one malu to another. At last his smile faded minutely as his shoulders fell and his gaze dropped for a moment. Looking back up, he sighed softly, "Alas, my friends, I must retire. It would probably be best to get these tired, old bones to a nice nap for awhile." His smile returned as he stood, stretching his legs out behind him before he nodded to each in turn. "Kamin, Odyss, Bianca..." He looked over at the dark aura'd male, "Loki. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Have a good evening." With that the male strolled off, sorely but surely, to find a resting place.

Kamin, who had been growing tired during the conversation, had been waiting for someone else to leave before he, not wanting to seem rude. After Brayden's departure, he stood and yawned a full set of teeth. "I, too, am going to leae. It's been a long day for me. It was nice meeting all of you, really." He smiled broadley, glad to had met the entire bunch. Perhaps he would come across them all again some day? Who was to know what new times would bring. With a slight bow, he waltzed off towards the nature pack trail, towards the familiar scents and sounds of his home.

Loki had kept quiet listening to the calm chit-chat as they got to know each other.
It was true, it had gotten a bit late. He'd have to head back for the sublevels soon. The two larger males had both departed, leaving the group to be himself and the two little ones.
He stood, shaking himself out. "Well kiddies I have a child and some....bodies to attend." He gave a sly grin, giving no need to further elaborate exactly what he ment by dead bodies, taking a few steps away. He was going at his own pace and was having fine thoughts about hanging around for a little while, then go on a travelor's expedition.
Ah but such an expedition was unlike the usual sort. It wasn't to go see new places, but rather his new gruesome hobby and currency. There wasn't much one could offer the demons in the sublevels he called his home. But he and Achlys both lived there quite comfortably.

Odyss watched in turn as each of the Males got up, and retired from the conversation. though Loki's was the most interesting, he had to admit, it raised allot of curiosity in the you Malu. though he truly did not want to get involved into something foolish. that was the job of Amadeus, not a traveler. something inside of him hoped that Amadeus would not allow Loki to do any harm. "after a long journey" he said once they had left, turning to look back in the direction that the other two males had left. talking to Bianca, though not making eye contact with her. "reaching the destination seems to lose a bit of glory" he turned to her "though thats just for some"
