Lucius smiles down at her and offers her a hand. "It was no problem, as I said, I owed you one." He chuckled, shaking his head a little as he let out a sigh. "I'm suprised my father hasn't bothered us yet... He's usually crazy about letting girls or boys into the house..."

Taking his hand she giggles "Your dad seems nice. At least he been nice to me so far. He called me your girlfriend before I left that night. I had to explain to him that I wasn't." standing she brushes her hair from her face hen smiles "Hey I got you to smile. This is a good sign."

Lucius chuckled. "Good thing you did, otherwise he might have...."
"There better not be any of that making-out, hanky-panky what not going on in there!" Vale suddenly bellowed from the kitchen.
Lucius facepalmed and groaned. "Done that..."

Kethara giggles then yells back "There isn't any sir, just me and Lucius wrestling on the ground that all." she covers her mouth to stop her giggling. She knew that would cause Lucuis to pale or anything want to hide.
She couldn't help it though, she wasn't the type to actually do that in a family home. It just wasn't nice in her eyes.

Lucius did turn pale, and he face palmed again. "Ohguardians..." he groaned out, his cheeks starting to color, fighting the palor of his skin for dominance.
"Well keep it clean! And Lucius! NO HANDS!" Vale bellowed from the kitchen. "I'm coming in... Hand check!"
Lucius just wanted to die!

Kethara keeps giggling then smirks as she spoke louder "Lucius maybe I should get out from under the blanket now with you." holding her hands out in front of her she winks at Lucius.
She knew she was being evil, but she also knew this was another way of getting him to come out of his shell.

Lucius blanced even more and he was trying his best to be cool, but she didn't know what his father was like! He tried to roll out of the covers, which of course, in his panic, make him get more tangled as he tried to make this look more inocent that it physically could be.
Vale entered and took a look at the scene, a frown on his face as he tapped his chin. "Hmmm..." He frowned. "I guess I better eat lunch in here then, seing as you can't keep you don't seem to be behaving Lucius."
Yes... death would be nice now...

Kethara smiles then dropping her hands she sits on the ground. Wrapping her arms around her knees she looks to Lucius then back to Vale "I was just picking on him sir. You have my word as a spirit guardian that nothing happen. I'm just trying to help him come out of his shell." looking back over she lays her head on her arms.
Her hair falls over her face as she makes a silly face at Lucius. She was trying to get him to loosen up and act normal.

Lucius tired to smile and nod his assent, but it was hard. His father could be brutal about stuff like this, and after all... He'd been utterly evil to Joi, and as much as he knew he shouldn't, he felt he was in for the same thing.
Vale frowned, but nodded his head. "Alright... But I have my eye on you two..." He grinned, and went back to the kitchen.

Kethara smiles then nods before she glances back ay Lucius "That wasn't so bad. I wish I had a father who protecting like yours." she falls quiet as she before she looks away from him. Her eyes falling closed as her wings flutter behind her alittle.
It was the only thing that could truely get to her, not having parents. She like her sister didn't know there parent. Not that she knew if her other sibling knew them. She knew that Nienna didn't know them as she was the youngest out of them all it seems.

Lucius chuckled. "Trust me... after awhile it gets... bad..." He could recall the large number of times he'd heard his parent's and Joi yelling over that exact issue, but he shrugged, and touched her shoulder gently. "Hey, you alright?" He asked gently, hoping she wasn't hurt from anything he'd said.

Kethara jumped slightly from the touch, but only because she went off into her own little world. Turning to look at him she nods not really trusting her voice at the moment. Giving him a small smile she lifts her head then shrugs "I never had parents, least not that I know of, so I guess I'm just envious of you that all." laughing she shakes her head "I know silly me."

Lucius chuckled and shook his head. "Having parents is nice at times, but not all the time..." He smiled and patted her shoulder again, before moving back over to the couch and sitting. "So, how have you been these past few days?" He smiled, haivng not been in a good mood, and hoping his friend had been in better.

Kethara remains where she is watching him for a moment before she shrugs "Doing alright. I went exploring the isle as it seems alot has changed. I tried to find my sister Nienna, but I think she with her boyfriend. So I know I won't be seeing her for awhile. So overall pretty boring." laying back she looks up at the ceiling kicking her feet alittle before she closes her eyes. "So between the both of us, I say you had more fun. At least you could be taken places just by reading."

Lucius shrugged. "I don't know, I was in a pretty crappy mood you know..." He eyed the book that had fallen from his lap when she'd spooked him. It was actually a horror novel, one of those psycho thrillers. You know, the one in which EVERYBODY dies and there isn't a happy ending. He was more than halfway done. In fact, when she'd spooked him, he'd just hit the main killin spree.
Lucius turned his eyes back to her. "I guess we just had some crap days huh?"
