"I'd be happy to introduce you to some of my friends, almost family, when we get there." She paused, smiling, "they'd definitely like you." Karma thought for a moment, I must have made fate happy somehow, finding such a kind malu at the temple. At the temple alone, at that. Normally everyone goes to the temple with a friend or a family member, atleast for company.
Karma sniffed the air a little, it smelled of citrus and other goods. She could tell already that those home were preparing meals, maybe there was something going on tonight? "Do you smell that, Kamin?" She closed her eyes for a moment as they walked. "That is the scent of Nature Pack goodness." She was surprised she was able to speak with him so casually. Even those malu she did know she spoke to with more formallity.

Kamin had fallen in to a comfortable silence again, simpley enjoying his company's speech. He smiled at the compliment, and nodded, indicating that he would enjoy meeting the others in good time. His posture had become very relaxed, very comfortable and laid back. With the shy factor gone, he could she the true calm side of his personality. The male mused silently at the contrast between his current state and the daily goings at the Temple, how lively the place could be and how colorful the Malu were.
His maw lifted to the air at her words, taking in a deep breathe. It was truely unique to smell, a mix of tropical and exotic fruits, and possibley even some meat, depending on the Malu. He had heard that the native diet was based on the nuts and fruits the oasis provided, but that many had migrated ehre from other regions, and that some lived almost solely on meat. An omnivore himself, he looked forward to a tastefully diverse salad for dinner. "It smells wonderful. I can easily get used to this."

"Ih ope you do, I'd really like you to stay with us. I've had a very goo time walking with you tonight." Now, the sounds of young frolicking malu filled their ears, our atleast Karma's, as well as the sizzling of a dinner meal over the fire. The trees were a bit more sparse now, and what looked like light was flooding through the ones farthest from them. "Well, I guess you could say we're almost there. Or here. Or both"

Kamin smiled without realising it, viewing the pack before him. They were upon it now, and he had full sight of everything. It was like a large family, much like his birthpack, broken off into little groups that could've been little families for all he knew, preparing their evening meals. He stopped walking, trying to take everything in. When Karma spoke, he turned to her, the smile wide on his maw. "I do beleive I will be staying with you." He gave another glance to the pack, nodding to himself. Yes, this will do. This will do juuuust fine. "I've had a great time with you, too. You're really good company."

Karma could feel herslef blushing, but one could not tell for her dark pelt. "I'm glad you did, I did also." She smiled at him, amythest eyes closing for a moment then looking back at the pack that now busteld before them. Walking over to a small group of malu, she motioned for Kamin to follow her, she spoke to them proudly. "Eveyone, I'd like you to meet Kamin. He's from the shores in the southeast... He's is now part of our pack..." She hoped for a warm response, and that's what she got.
That night, the malu enjoyed an abundant feast made even more abundant by the joining of a new member and future friend.
