Tyven did NOT like that. He was her tunnel digger, and useful! Bad sand, to attack him. Hissing slightly, she pulled him back a bit, farther from the collapsing wall, and dusted off his hair, only slight emotion of her face, shown in a tiny frown.

"C'ful."

Kicking a foot at the sand, she paused to look around again, and shake her head, pointing at the pile now around their feet.

"Ssan' move 'sy."

[Probably. xD; Maybe not whipping. She wouldn't hurt him physically, she prefers hitting those that can fight back. Like Altessa.]

Taren blinked what little sand had manged on his lashes aay, luckily his glasses had protected his small eyes from most of it and their small size proving an advantage also.

Hmm? He looked at the snake girl, so she was helping, he shook his head to get out the sand as well. He couldn't get it all out through and some of his fur now glinted with golden paticles.

He nodded in agreement to her assessiment even though the hissing scared him a little even if it was in his defence. "more ca'ful next time." he agreeded.

Now that the hole was rather collapsed, Tyven made a slight sound of distaste, and used the continuously growing pile of sand to climb back up the side, and out back onto the beach. The toddler leaned back to thrust her multi-colored hands back into the hole to help Taren out and smile at him. Without her usual toothy grin that tended to reveal her fangs, she actually looked pretty, and not so scary.

"G'job."

Jem, it seemed, had awakened from her catnap though, and was now in the area, looking for her daughter. The seventeen-year-old grinned and ran a hand through her hair as she caught sight of the two and hurried over, briefly wiggling her fingers in greeting to Silen.

"Tyvvie, darlin', there ya are! We gotta jet, or 'Pier'll flip on our asses!"

Time to go.

Taren smiled back, an automatic reaction to her expression althrough it was still nervus and falterd several times, accepting her help up out of the hole, almost completly engulfing her smaller hands with his own as he scrambled towards the surface, looking back at his hole which was still slowly filling with dissapointment.

So much work gone to waste. Silen looked up to seethe two climbing out of the hole, she was used to her son's moods by now and could see he was stll clearly on edge yet he had taken the girl's hand' accepted her help and touch. Intresting. Seeing the girl's guardian hurrying over she deced she might as well,go over to them. Setting down her work and standing she padded through the sand feeling the grains around her bare feet plesently warm.

"Taren." She scolded upon seeing him. "look how much sand you've manged to get in your fur." she sughed and motioned him over and helping to brush off the remaining sand. "I think it's time we got back as well." Sheoffered. "Get somthing to eat sound good?" Taren nodded but looked back at the snake girl he still didn't know her name so he just pointed at her. "p'etty pu'rple girrrl come to?" he questioned. Silen laughed. "No I think she has to go sweetie." Tarren paused thinking about this but not sure if he was relived or disapointed. In then end he just said "okay" and waved to the snake.

Silen smiled and looked over at Jem. "Hmm, Nice to mee another D-corp parent, I'm silen. And this is Taren, seem's these to have hit it off...in away." she added looking down at the mole. She reached down into her pant's pocket and pulled out a pen and a scrap of paper. Scribblin her number down. "Call me, Taren's shy so I'm trying to get im used to the other children I'd appricate if we could arrange another play date for them."

"Yours is the first other than her sister that Tyven hasn't gotten in a fight with, so I'll be happy to take you up on that!"

Tyven was obviously the snake's name, and the short redhead accepted the scrap of paper, resolving to call her sometime soon, when Tyven's behavior was more stable. Tyv, hearing herself called pretty, was pleased inside, and flattered, always a good thing for the snake to be. Claw-thing was good.

Waving, both girls departed the way they'd come.

Silen had to restrain herself from laughing, Taren in a fight? The idea at that moment was almost impossiable to even picture, as he had demonstrated at the first sign of a fight his tactic was retreat with dignity intact or not it didn't matter.

She was glad that the redhead agreeded with the Idea though, she picked Taren up and they both waved at the departing pair untill they were out of sighed and then Silen headed back to pack up their things and head home.
