Delta grinned "Ok!" and she grabed arith by the hand and raced in the direction the sign was pointing, The sheep were with the livestock in an area full of small paddocks where you could walk through them to pat the animals.

Delta kept running and dragging Arith till they were right in the centre of the livestock area "Wow! look" she exclaimed pointing to all the differrant yards and their inhabitants "theres Sheeps, and goats and... That must be a llama!" the pointed to a wierd looking wolly thing with a long neck. "lets go pat them!" she carefully opened the gate to the first yard containing some black and white sheep. "they are so beautiful..." she cautiously reached out and touched a little black sheep on the nose, stroking its soft skin "and so soft!" she knelt down on the ground and hugged the sheep "I love these sheep! they so fluffy and soft, arith come hug them" She grinned to arith.

Then the sheep let out a "Baaa!" and delta started to giggle "Baa? hehehe what a funny noise, baa baa baa"

Just hugging the sheep made Delta want to go to sleep "so this is how the sheepies have the power to make people go to sleep" she grinned and gave the sheep a last pat before she looking into the next paddock over "hee hee theres some little piggies in the next yard, they a bit smelly but they look cuddly too, we go visit them too?"

She giggled and walked to the next gate and walked through holding it open just long enough for arith to get through.

"look at the piggies noses, so silly looking" she reached down and stroked the little pigs nose

"Spring-tails!" delta giggled and poked the piggy's tail. then she head Ariths comment about rolling the pigs like balls "noo! dont roll dthe piggies! they are only babiess" she picked up a tiny pig and held it next tto her face "could you hurt something as cute as this?"

Chuckling delta moved through the yards hugging and petting the animals, she loved them all as they were all so adooorable! then she walked back into the center of the livestock area. "where to now Arith?"

"Ok! umm that was..." delta walked to the sign and looked for a picture of a cow "Aha! Thisa way, race you there!" Delta giggled and bolted down the road towards the barn constantly looking over her shoulder to see where arith was.

Then when she reached the bard she slowed down to catch her breath before walking in. Inside the barn was row upon row of little stalls, each containing one cow. Now that delta saw them up close she liked them alot better "Hey they dont look like rocks anymore, they cute." she reached through the railing of one of the pens to stroke one of the cows noses.

From a pen down the end the lady they had seen before called out to them for them to go to her. So delta waited for arith and then walked in the direction of the lady. When they got to her she was in a bigger stall with no door and inside with her was another cow but this time it was tied to the wall so it wouldnt move while they milked it. The lady tapped a stool next to the cow asking one of them to come sit down and have a go of milking.

Delta was a bit frightened as the cow was rather large "Arith, you wanna go first?"

Delta bit her lip nervously as she sat on the stool and stroked the cows side. The lady smiled at her and instructed her on what to do and then got her set up. Delta had to pull on the cows udder into a bucket.

Carefully she pulled on one of the teats and a squirt of white milk shot out and missed the bucket "Ack! Sorry" she yelped as the milk hit the ground. It was harder than she thought but soon she got the hang of it and happilly milked the cow. Then her turn was up so she stood up and let Arith sit down "Your go" she beamed.

The lady smiled and nodded "It can, but most people like the milk to be purified before drinking it, but if you would like you can try a bit of the milk, its perfectly drinkable it just tastes a bit creamier"

Delta dipped a finger in the bucket and tried the milk, it was a bit strange but likeable "Yumm" she grinned to Arith "Its like a warm milkshake"

Moon laughed from the doorway to the pen where she was waiting for the kids "Was that fun?" she asked, Delta nodded. Moon then turned to the lady "Is it alright if we pick up the eggs now before we go? I only need a dozen or so." The lady nodded and began to lead everyone in the direction of the hen houses.

Delta clapped her hands together "Yay we going to collect eggs from the chickens!" as they arrivved at the hen houses the lady gave Arith and Delt a padded basket each and asked them to carefully go inside and find six eggs each. But they had to be careful where they trod as to not break any.

Delta carefully walked inside the coop and looked at the chickens, they looked scary with their beady eyes and sharp beaks and she made sure to stay away from them as she picked up eggs and put them in her basket, counting as she went. When she was done she rushed outside glad to get away from the chickens and she waited for Arith. She wonderedif ha was scared of chickens too, probably not Arith was so brave...

"I dont like chickens, they evil" Delta looked over her shoulder at the head house and shudderred, then one of the chickens loudly crowed and she almost dropped her basket "Aah!" she guickly shoved her basket into the farmers hands and ran behind her mum "I really dont like them"

Moon laughed and stroked Delta's hair "they cant hurt you, They are only tiny little birds". Delta glared at her "But they are SCARY!" delta wanted to get as far away as possible from the chickens.

The lady carefully packed the eggs into a carton and handed them to Moon in exchange for some money.

Moon smiled "Ok guys are we all finished up here? Shall we go eat some lunch in the car as we drive home? I packed some brownies for dessert"

Delta grinned "Brownies are the best!" she had forgotten about the chickens now and was wanting Arith to try some of the brownies when they got to the car. "lets go" she smiled as she started in the direction of the car.
