Jstar300 if lee could use those he would be the ultimate ninja! Actually, he might not be. It was because he couldn't do Nin/Genjutsu, that he became as strong as he is. He trained and practiced so much and so hard because he couldn't. I don't know what he might have become with them.
But no, he only practices that hard and so much because he has his very important dream.
But, alas, is inability to do them is what makes him such an interesting character. It kinda seperates him from the rest, huh?

penguin love I was thinking, Lee does has some gen justsu and ninjutsu chakra he can use in him, so I'm sure that Lee could probably (IF he took courses or somthing) develop some nin/genjustu. I actually think it would be a really good plot twist or somthing. yeaaahh he could! ^_^ that he could! ^_^

he cant use nin/gen because his chakra gates are closed more then normal...and the chakra isnt able to get out of them...(i mite be wrong here)

It would be cool if he learned some high speed ninjitsu like that movie sauske did to gara forgot what it was called. Also be nice if he can heal like 5th hokage and other medical people. sweatdrop

What I think is going on is that Lee has chakra, but he can't mold it to use ninjutsu or genjutsu. That would explian how he can walk on water, it's a more basic technique that doesn't acturally require him to mold chakra.
That's just my theory

I dont think he can. Chakra's not divided into each gen, nin, and tai. Its all the same. But for some reason Lee cant do it. Just remember it's all in Kishi's magical mind.

I konw that, i'm just saying it's too dificult for him to mold his chakra so he can use it for ninjutsu and genjutsu. And when I say mold i mean get it so he's able to use it in a certain way.
