Vincent has to be my absolute favourite in ff7 and the strongest character in my team. Oh and when were lucrecia and vincent married?? Cos in Dirge of cerberus she was scared to get close to him because he reminded her of someone.... if you played dirge of cerberus you'll know what i mean.

Yeah I played and beat it. The Japanese Sequel is for select Japanese Samsung Phones and it gives more back-story and it tells that they got married and the Hojo decided to be a sore-loser and cap Vincent. (They say in original story Vincent got shot twice....)

Greenk4 I like Vincent because he is Sephiroth's Actual Father. It has been prooven too. But if it was up to me to pick someone BESIDES from FF7 I'd have to say Kefka from FF3 (AKA. 6) He was going to be in FF7 because he is the ONLY Villain in FF history to achieve Godsend. But Sephiroth's Design Came up and they used that. Sephiroth is Hard-Core yet he is so weak. I beat so quickly in 7 AND both KH games. He doesn't compare to me! bwahahahaha. oh sorry sweatdrop Well a LOT of people can defeat him easily I'm just one of them. But he WAS inspired by Lunar's Villain Ghaleon. they look EXACTLY the same! Squaresoft decided to add more touches to Sephiroth to differ them. (His Sword, Longer Hair and has a Lighter Tone, a whole new outfit. etc) Uh oh. D8 Vincent isn't Sephiroth's father.. Sephiroth's biological parents are Lucrecia and Hojo.. Anywho, Vincent is my favourite character. Multiple reasons as to why, but I'll refrain from posting our similarities. =)

i like cloud's omnislash but i think vincent has the macho factor that everyone else lacks.

Well I like Vincent because he carries a giant Glock and PWN3S people with it. I always thought Death Penalty was a great Ultimate Weapon besides the Masamune in FF1.
AS for Sephiroth, He should have fought longer. He's not all that powerful if Sora Can beat him twice though. His popularity fuels his immortality AS QUOTED by some FF7 Fan I overheard when I got back from the movies.
Yes I know Hojo is Sephiroth's dad (Hojo should have died to the hands of his Son, darn it! oh well maybe the PS3 re-make will show that just to please us.) But before the whole "Create-aVillain" test phase Vincent was basically married to Lucretia (Being the reason Hojo got bored and decided to blast Vincent....stupid old man.) So Vincent is Technically Sephiroth's STEP-dad. (it even mentions it SOMEWHAT in the DoC's Players Guide and some other Info from Square Enix's FF7 Documentary that was released in SMALL (Very small 2500 exactly) quantity.
Meh sorry for the Rant I say Vincent= Greatest Guy around! (it would be cool to have him for a father...)
