Evanescent Wraith
"Moment Musical" by Schubert
"5th Symphony" by Beethoven
"Turkish March" by Mozart
"Toccata And Fugue In D Minor" by Bach
"Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" by Tchaikovsky. XD

Plus, I have to learn some songs for the choir's Christmas concert. (I play keyboard for the choir.)

"Angels We Have Heard On High"
"The Lord Bless You And keep You"
More songs I'm too lazy to type...

I think that's it for now...

That is a nice mix!! I'm only learning two pieces right now, because I am so preocupied with my compositions!

Thanks! Kep on working with your compositions!

My clarinet teacher suggested the slow movement of Mozart's piano concerto in A minor... I don't know what it sounds like though>.<

Well for band I'm trying "Govarkna Fanfare" -Jack Stamp
but for piano I'm attempting "Fantasie Impromptu" -I'm sure you know who
then "Sonata Nr. 26 op 81a." -Beethoven
and I'm finishing "Rondo alla turca" -Motzart
if you don't know what the last one is, don't hurt yourself finding it

Nice mix. Everyone knows the Rondo alla Turca, its lovely. Fantasie Impromptu isn't so difficult once you get into it.

Oh really? =D I can play Rondo alla Turca quite well (I got a perfect score for my end-of-year solo, so there you go) and I spent a good part of this year learning/perfecting it. A lot of fun it was, especially the big bit right at the end.

I'm currently learning several Beethoven pieces (I'm a great fan of him) including Pathetique, Allegretto from the Tempest (extremely difficult Dx) and I've just finished the first movement of his Moonlight sonata. I might learn the rest of that sonata, but right now my biggest project (so to speak) is Allegro Maestoso from Mozart's 8th sonata.

The flight of the bumble bee, by Rimsky Korsakov.

'Tis very good indeedy! I wanted something to play that is very show offy (even more so then Rachy's Prelude in C# minor) for my last ever summer concert at school, and I think this would work.

The bits I find hard are when it goes E Eb D Db D Db C B, where you get the D Db D. It confuses me, but now I've been through it with a metronome so I'm starting to get the hang of it now. (I've only been learning it for about two hours nowXD).

You can listen to it here.

Moppytop
well, i'm working on some jazz pieces by Zez Confrey
"Kitten on the Keys"
"Dizzy Fingers"

o

Nice! I absolutely LOVE playing those, total crowd pleasers...
Then again, that is IF you can play it fast enough!

I'd recommend bumble bee boogie if you are into that type of music.

or, by zez confrey, "coaxing the piano".

I'm learning
Grieg's piano concerto in a minor.
Tchaikovsky's in c# minor (although less than 4 days on this one so far)

I've finally reached the point where I can sight-read well enough to slowly churn out mediocre representations of these pieces, and can quickly begin to refine them.

Aah, the Greig is wonderful! I just play the first few lines over and over again, but that's also because I can only play the first five pages anyway...XD

I practice sight reading so much, so now I'm good at it and can sight read the grade seven ABRSM pieces! I'm proud of myself...

I've never heard of Takacs but the rest seem fun ^^

The Takacs is the hardest one, I'd say. Maybe. Prolly.
Oh, I forgot to add:
-Schumann: Intermezzo - Op 26, No. 4

Yes, it is hard. There's such big gaps everywhere between the semi-quavers...

But when you said Oh really? that started it off that you were saying something I said was wrong. Which doesn't make sense to me.
