2. Hmm...I was starting out in a school band, and one of my choices was the flute, so I took on that option.

1. Violin, electric/acoustic guitar
2. Violin: My mother kinda pressured me sweatdrop but I eventually got into using it
Guitar: I was interested in it for a while, and eventually picked it up
3. Violin: five years
Guitar: Almost a year
4. I've been thinking of perhaps writing musical scores for films
5. I once made a hypnotic-sounding chord for my guitar... only to find out that Black Sabbath had already used it mad sweatdrop

3. I've been playing viola for 2 1/2 years
4. Nah, I don't think it'd be too exciting
5. I sometimes write lyrics for music, but I can't really write music.

dreaming_tonight do you play an instument? if so, kindly tell us: 1. what 2. why you got into to it 3. how long you've been playing 4. do you plan to have a career involving it? 5. do you write music at all? My turn... 1. Flute, Alto Saxophone, Electric Guitar 2. I wasn't really into the flute and saxophone and decided i would like to play the music i listened to and loved. 3. my guitar: about a year 4. yes. 5. i do write music for my guitar. I play the Cello. Just how it looks and it's low sound got me into it. I've been playing it for 3 and a half years.Yes, probably in the future I will do something with my cello. And nope.

1. what: alto/ tenor/ bari saxaphone, electric, acoustic, rythmic and bass guitar, and drums.
2. why you got into to it: because I love music and wanted to be able to just mess around and have fun with it.
3. how long you've been playing: about 7 years
4. do you plan to have a career involving it? not really, it's just my way of having fun and taking out my feelings
5. do you write music at all? YEP!!! ALOT!! biggrin biggrin

4. i dont really plan on it, i keep it in the "dream" category, although it would be awesome

2. just because i love music
3. i've been singing all my life(well,since i could talk)piano about 3-4 years, violin i took in 3rd and 4th grade then stopped,and drums a couple of years (im the drumer of my band)
4. i would love to be a professional singer and am currently the drummer of our band(blood red rose)
5. yes(i will write the lyrics for songs and sometimes compose my own piano peices)

Vocal was by chance, and then eventally it became one of my obcessions, guitar i've always wanted to play and piano i learned because A. i like it and B. it helps me sing razz
3. how long you've been playing?
Singing- started in grade 5, but took things more seriously in grade 7
Piano-only 2 years
Guitar 2 years( i still suck)
4. do you plan to have a career involving it?
I wish to be a vocal coach or a vocal teacher smile
5. do you write music at all?
Oui(yes) i write lyrics and i can write sheet music

1. I've had my shot at about everything, but currently doing voice, Violin, proabaly piano next semester, and I also do electronics.
2. I'm just naturally predisposed to me a musician I guess
3. All my life
4. Currently in school for (double major) vocal performance and Music production)
5. I do write my own music when the fansy strikes, but I write a lot for class in general so it more just for a grade.

2. My family's very musical/artistic and I want to go to college for music.
3. Keyboard on and off for a while, guitar, started this year, voice forever. though my actual training started this year.
4. Yes, I do.
5. I've written a couple short compositions, but I can't write songs to save my life (though I'd like to). Currently, I'm writing a book.
