((*Huggles Mie-ki* Sorry, I'd be one of those people holding her up. xD))

Allumen brushed his platinum hair over his shoulders as he stood, taking his tray to the waste basket and dumping the remainder of the contents. He replaced the tray on top where it belonged and took a quick look around, his blue eyes scanning the area. Two boys had just entered the cafeteria, one of which he didn't recognize. It was hard not to see Aiden however, with his obnoxiously pink hair. He gave a small smiled and waved after a moments hesitaion, this being his way of greeting the new kid, before turning around to go speak with the lunch lady. It wasn't that he didn't like people, or even that he was shy, but surely he would rub his evilness upon them if he interacted with any sort of minor. That's what his father had told him last, before he was murdered. He was forbidden to interact with children. That being any person under the age of 21.

"Heeeeey, Allllllllllllllllllllll!!" Aiden called across the caffeteria. Apparently the other's full name was much too long to bother saying. "Al, Al!! Come n' say hi to the new guy," he cooed, bright pink lips curving up in a smile. Allumen was an interesting case - one of those people that stayed away from everyone his own age. Aiden had been trying to cure that, but had thus far failed completely.

((Aiden and Eaden. x3 They're so alike. Probably because I created them at the same time.))

(( I know, teh love heart I gots to go now. Hiking. bbl though. ^^ ))

Allumen paled, feeling all the color completely drain from his face. Not that he had much color anyway, but even the healthy pink now receded. He looked back over his shoulder at the kid. He felt like he'd die. He opened his mouth to say something, perhaps to object but closed it again. He couldn't just run away either. That would be stupid. He turned around and took a hesitant step towards them, but the words of his father hung heavy in his heart. He was evil. He couldn't bring that to the other boys at the RRC... He fought a mental battle, all the while trying to think of how to get Aiden off his back.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Aiden asked, a slightly concerned and deffinately curious expression on his face. "Did you actually eat the cassarole...?" He rested a hand on one of his hips, the other currently holding the skittles bag. He looked down at the colorful package and then smiled. "Well, I've got the best remedy ((xD))... Vitamin S!!!" he said cheerilly, holding up the bag of Skittles.

"Just a hunch." Tristan replied in a nonchalant tone. To him, Aiden looked like he was a walking advertisement for Skittles. When Aiden explained that there were horses and other animals Tristan gave an indifferent nod. On the inside however, he let out a small sigh of relief. He had no idea why, but he had a thing for animals. Whenever he got the chance, he used to go with his younger sister to the stable nearby their house and he'd watch her lessons, or if there was ever a stray dog his sister and him would tag team their mom into trying to convince her to keep it.... but it never worked. Before the murders he had even thought of going into the career of Veterinary medicine.

Tristan's eyes caught sight of Allumen waving and he glanced to Aiden, thinking that it was a friend of his. However Aiden didn't wave back but instead let out a shout that made him lift an eyebrow and flinch slightly. He lifted his hand out of his pocket and tossed a quick wave in Allumen's direction before looking wearily back to Aiden. He guessed he was going to have to get used to his outburts.

Tristan slowly followed Aiden over to the new boy and then stopped beside his brightly hued tour guide. He could tell by the look on Allumen's face that the boy was uncomfortable. In order to help Allumen avoid Aiden's prying question, Tristan offered his hand to Allumen. "Tristan." He introduced himself breifly and then tossed a glance at Aiden. "...Maybe I shouldn't have given you sugar....next you'll start bouncing." Tristan's lips lifted slightly in an attempt to grin, however the effort was fruitless. He just didn't feel happy....despite the fact that he didn't feel 'bad' either.

"Don't worry, this is how I usually am," he cooed, a broad grin on his lips. That would probably give the other much to worry about. "Sugar doesn't affect me all that much - after all, I don't get my main hype of of candy," he said, flashing a seductive smile in the other two's general direction.

Aiden was so full of hormones that they were practically over-flowing throughout the caffeteria. It was enough to make just about anyone horny ((sorry, couldn't resist xD;;; )). He popped another skittle - or rather, five - into his mouth and his smile brightened.

Allumen stared at Tristan's hand as if it were some sort of alien object. He looked back up at the two, then down at his feet, shuffling a bit, and back towards the cafeteria ladies who were watching him. The'd been trying to convince him for some time now to speak to the other kids here but they didn't understand. He looked back at Aiden and Tristan and gave a shy smile before taking Tristans hand finally. He held on only for a moment though before letting go quickly. "Hello..." He spoke softly, a bit unsure of himself, but he couldn't be rude. He took a breath, managing to look at Aiden and not be blinded.

Tristan's cobalt eyes seemed to shoot Aiden a look of pure confusion before he smiled softly and shook his head as if saying ' I don't want to know...'.

Tristan's hand went back into his pocket after having shook Allumen's briefly. He marveled at how the two boys he had just met were polar opposites... though the way Allumen acted was abit more of what Tristan had expected from the other kids at the RRC. Tristan then shifted his weight so that he leaned back slightly and then he once again stretched his arms up over his head and yawned. He tried to cover his mouth out of politeness as quickly as he could but it was no use. He was just so tired. He then sighed and lifted his hands to his face, rubbing his forehead. "Sorry... I'm still zonked."

When he dropped his hand to his side, his face took on a more serious expression as he caught sight of Abby outside. "....Is she really as nice as she seems?" Tristan asked suddenly, his eyes following the older woman as she walked by. "I just don't get why a person would want to deal with us off beats. I guess it makes her feel good about herself or something."

Allumen gave a shy smile again. "I like her. She's friendly..." He shut up again quickly, realizing what he'd done. He crossed himelf, knowing full well he'd have to punish himself now. He held onto his silver cross after that and turned away from the two. "I'm sorry, I can't speak to you." He left the caffeteria quickly, taking a deep breath once he was outside. He took off his necklace and wound it around his hand, staring at it. He closed his fingers over it after a moment and looked towards the sky. The only way to be purified, his father said, was to punish himself for his actions, and then to pray for an hour. That was why God didn't protect him. He wasn't pure. He wiped a few stray tears and started off towards the corral.

"Allumen...?" A feminine voice sounded behind Allumen. Abby looked at the silver haired boy with concern, her brown eyes widened by the sight of one of her students looking so distressed. She took a few steps towards him but then stopped a respectful distance away. "I know that you are in an unfamiliar place.... and I know I cannot understand what you could have possibly gone through before you arrives her...." She took another step towards him and then lifted her hand to try and dry the boy's tears. "....but I just want to tell you.... that everything is okay. You can be yourself here." She offered a very soft smile. "You can cry, you can punch pillows, you can eat ice cream.... you can even scream if you want. Whatever makes you feel better.... okay?"

Abby was instinctually motherly and although it sometimes at first made her students uncomfortable they all had to admit that she was one of the easiest people to open up to. Unjudging and open minded.... she listened without giving critisism and was always truely concerned. "...I understand if you don't want to tell me what is bothering you.... but I want you to understand that I am always here to talk, okay? About anything... I mean it."

Allumen nodded and hugger her. Abby always made him feel better. But even she couldn't erase the evil. He'd never spoken to anyone, even Abby, about what had happened that time. His father's image still burned behind his eyes, scolding him for what he'd done. "I didn't do anything wrong!" He sobbed into her shirt, faltering a bit into his French accent. He hoped he wasn't making her uncomfortable but he couldn't help it. He pulled away after a moment and dried his eyes, replacing his necklace. "I have to pray now..." He whispered not meeting her gaze.

'Geez....musta slept longer than I thought...' Seamus blearily thought as he wandered towards the Cafeteria. 'I hope it's not too late....I'm hungry as hell...'

He'd had another....episode..... an hour or two after breakfast, and woke up to find himself sprawled on the ground near the stables. He had wanted to try riding a horse, but reality was quickly setting in. 'I'd probably fall asleep in the middle of the ride, and then where would I be? Oh well. Nothin' I can do about it.'

Even though he had already been there for a couple days, Seamus hadn't had much of an opportunity to meet the other boys on campus yet. Between consultations with his physician (to set up dosages for the meds that should help control his Narcolepsy), taking equivalency tests for his classes, and his episodes, he'd had little time to see anyone his own age. So when he saw another guy crying in Abby's arms, awkwardness won out and he pretty much ran into the Cafeteria, hoping that the other guys weren't in the middle of some heart-to-heart-I'll-Always-Be-Your-Friend shindig. Because if this camp turned out to be some sodding boy scout bonding for the socially retarded, he was SO outta here.

"Bye, Alllll!!!" Adrian called, smiling brightly and looking not at all worried. "He'll get over it in a few days. Maybe. But who knows? He hardly talks to any of us - just the lunch ladies and Abby. And he doesn't even talk to them much." He sighed and leaned back slightly in a pose that made it look almost as if there were some sort of invisible back rest where there was only empty air. He had always been exceptionally flexible.

His head swivled around and he grinned as another entered the caffeteria. It was the sleepy boy - one rather like himself, although he enjoyed a different kind of sleep.

"Hey, hey, you!!" he called, flashing one of his most stunning smiles. "You, with the drooping eyelids. You never said hi before so now you have to make it up."

((Ahhh... I love RPing weirdos. x3

I hadn't meant for him to be quite this eccentric, but... that's what skittles (and sex) will do to a boy. ninja ))
