Lady Ireth I have a question. Could I make a thread about stange but true facts? Because it is learning something, right?
I hope it was okay to ask this here. Yeah, you can make multiple threads. If possible try to organize them up into facts about something in common for instance what I did with China, and also try to put more than one fact in a thread.
You can also [if you want] just make 1 thread titled 'Strange Facts' or 'Cool Facts' and just contiously post that type of fact in the thread, kind of like bumping only your teaching the others around you instead of just making them annoyed. bump

Blood`Eternity And yeah I know were Guam is ^^ well the area, and a bit about it... but you should post a thread on Guam, since I am sure little amounts of people know much about it, I know I dont know much about it. i believe you.. i'll be sure to post lots and lots and drive you insane ^_~ cool 3nodding

I am sure it will... but its important to keep the current members happy to :] I will work hard to get some more members, just posted another thread "5 Facts About China", pretty cool.. well kind of xp I was gonna start posting my example on the US Presidents, but I decided I would type up a more refined summary on each president and then post them in order. surprised Better organization.

Erm... hi? My gaian name is Ashitaka, and it will have to do for now. I'm 19, I go to college, I'm leaning heavily towards being a Japanese major, and I like writing even though I'm not all that good at it. (I'm good at dialogue, sucky at description crying ). And my headphones just crapped out on me. Great. My left ear hears nothing and the right hears a lot of strange german words. sweatdrop Sorry, a bit off-topic there.
I'm not quite sure why I was invited though... it was a bit random. Care to enlighten me?

1. Japanese have the purest capitalism economy in the world.
2. Japanese although have the purest capitalism economy look down on people who start there own business because they believe in the big 7, which is the name given to the 7 corporations in Japan [note Sony is one of them].
3. In Japan they have toilets that spray water into there butts [yuck.. but they are germophobes so what do you expect].
4. Japan is currently pissed off at the United Nations because the UN is doing nothing to stop North Korea from launching nukes at Japan, why? because the UN is worthless because countries like China and Russia have vito power and stunt anything they dont want to happen, and they want North Korea to have nukes, probably because they sold them those nukes.
5. The Japanese dislike the western culture and look down on whites, but at the same time attempt to mimic us in their culture.
I know not all good facts, its what was on my mind at the time so I said it ^^ but Japan has some of the best video games in the world razz and they make the best electronics to.

I have a strange but true fact.
Did you know that the reason people throw up if they swallow chewing tobacco is because it's very poisonous?
I didn't believe it when my brother-in-law told me that if you brew a cigarette in a coffee maker and drink it it would kill you. But I asked a bio-chemist I met, while cutting his hair, (oh yeah, I'm a hairstylist by trade) and he told me that it's quite true. It depends on the body mass of the person whether it would take more than one, but nicotine, ingested into your stomach, can kill you. domokun
