Lots of folks are saying that now there's two islands, as if to imply the space on the show has doubled, but Ben said that the "second" island was only twice the size of alcatraz. I looked it up and that would only be about eight city blocks, less than a tenth of a square mile. we're talking about a tiny spit of rock, here, not a "second Island."

on the subject of the Others' maritime transport, we know now why the others had the little fishing boat, to get around from island to island. Keen listeners also heard that when it was announced that the party that had stolen desmond's boat returned, the announcement was that the "sub" was back. They have a submarine. This makes sense, as they have an underwater station, the Hydra.

It's less like a second island, and more like a sub-island. Islet. Baby Island. So cute, so adorable, so gonna puke on your nice new shirt.

The Losties would not have noticed this island, but not because it's so very far away. They are just boring and uncurious. And stupid.

That poor baby. How could that woman name her child Clementine? THE HELL?

That said, the only other thing that name makes me think of is the song, Oh My Darling, Clementine. The song Huckleberry Hound was always a-singing.

I love Desmond. He's awesome. Charlie reminds me of a scrappy little dog, defending his territory.

Where are bunnies 1-7? And...knowing this show (and bunnies)...bunnies 9-108?

Off topic: When they first showed the monitor for the sneek peek, I shouted, "OMGOSH JIGSAW!" as a joke and then my sister and I laughed about it for a good minute or so.

On topic: This episode was weird. I was angry at Ben when he "killed" the bunny. But then I laughed because Sawyer said "bunny." It seemed really not-Sawyer-ish to say "bunny." Tee Hee.

Kate is a butt. She probably told Sawyer that she only said that she loved him so the other guy would stop because she was pissed at Sawyer for not telling her the truth and keeping secrets and not following her escape plans. SKate is my favorite couple, but neither of them really seem to be cooperating with me. Hmph.

Wtf kind of name is Clementine. Poor kid.

Totally didn't understand Sawyer's flashbacks.

And I'm pissed that they're on another island that's not the one they crashed on. I think it might be a lie, but who knows. I mean, how could the plane survivors not see another big honking island that doesn't seem that far away from their own. I just don't get it.

One last thing: Whatever happened to the tail survivor kids who were supposedly taken by the Others???

Didn't Sawyer say bunnies back in Season 1? When he was reading Watership Down.

Clementine is an odd name but said with Sawyer's accent it's cute. heart

um...I saw a commercial for this week's episode and they flat out said a castaway will die. gonk
I'm hopeing it's just hype, and they mean an Other or a Red shirt. sad
