"You did wonderfuly Kaleb." He tightened is around the blond. "If you hadnt been there he would have been much worse. You took very good care of him"
If only that Bandages child had been around Demy could have possibley lost far more blood and he didnt want to think about that. Kaleb had done a good job of patching his darling boy up.

Kaleb closed his eyes as he clung tighter, letting the kind praise and warm embrace soothe his anxiety and despair. His breathing came more regular as his emotional tension slowly left him, but he didn't want to let go just yet. Demyx was really lucky to have someone to hug him like this anytime he needed it.

He muttered little soothing things as Kaled slowly calmed down. The poor blond must have been stressing over this since he had taken Demyx back to the castle.

The hug and calming words did a wonderful job dismissing Kaleb's worries, and their departure allowed the mage's mind to wander to other thoughts he had been neglecting. He suddenly found himself feeling a little hungry, very tired, and rather embarassed that he had just clung to Luxord in a horribly needy and selfish manner.
Kaleb's hold loosened, and he pulled away with a self-consious blush. "I-I'm sorry, I-I shouldn't have behaved like that..."

"No worries darling." He chuckled as he loosed his grip and let Kaleb pull back. "There is nothing wrong with being scare and upset over something like that."
He smiled at Kaleb and poked the blond's muzzle. "Since you were so helpful to Demyx how about i buy you lunch?"

Kaleb considered the offer carefully. His first instict was to decline, but he was pretty hungry, and it only got worse when he thought about it. "I-If I'm not imposing, I-I would like that," he said timidly.

He draped an arm loosely over Kaleb's shoulder. "Its not imposing at all. Where would you like to eat?" He had enough money on him to suit most of the restruants in the area so price wasnt a worry.

Kaleb didn't flinch a bit when Luxord put his arm around his shoulders, instead he just smiled up at the gambler. "Anywhere is fine, really," he said, and his stomach growled a bit in emphasis. The mage blushed a bit at that, and glanced downwards. "I-I should probably return my books first."

He should probably get Nonet's book but this was more important. He could always come back after Kaleb was taken care of.
"If you're worried about the books then return them and i'll wait by the door's for you"

Kaleb nodded quickly and bent down to pick up the book he had dropped earlier, before hurrying off to reshelve the item. It wouldn't take him long to put away his other books, he was very familiar with the library's magic and medical sections.

He walked back though the shelves toward the front of the libary. A few of the staff looked at him strangly but he ignored them. Leaning against the wall beside the door he waited for the boy to finish with the books.

Once all the books were back in their places, Kaleb shoved his notes into his bag and slung it over one shoulder. He hurried out to the front where Luxord was waiting, giving the librarian at the counter a friendly wave on his way by.
"I-I'm ready," he said as he stopped next to Luxord, fidgeting slightly with the strap on his bag.

He pushed the door open and nodded his head for Kaleb to leave first. "Thought of anything you'd like to eat? Or are you still unopiniated on the idea?"

Kaleb shook his head as he slipped past Luxord and out of the library. "I-it should be your choice." He said, still a little hesitant to let the other treat him to lunch. "I would be fine with anything."

He chuckled as he followed Kaleb out of the libary. "Now why should it be my choice? Its supose to be your treat for helping Demyx when he needed it"
