"mmhmm, Kaleb's my friend! He was there when I changed..."

Demyx gave a happy squeak, still hugging Kaleb.

"Luxy!"

WOO! Luxord was here. Demyx had hoped he'd show up and have some fun at the party. And, as predicted, the comments went way over his head.

Namine and Ormulu entering caught the sitarist's attention for a moment. Something about the school girl seemed familiar....he just didn't know what. On the off chance that perhaps he knew the Audio in the costume, Demyx gave a quick wave.

Saix quirked an eyebrow at the cowering blond. "Hey, kid, ease up. I don't bite. You're more than likely to be bitten by Luxord over me. Trust me." Eyes looking over all three of them he snorted. "Looks like you're all doing well."

It was then that Namine approached. Saix lowered his brow. "I smell nothingness on you." Urgh...all these people being around. Saix wasn't used to it. He hated it. But he'd tough it out, he was trying to better himself.


Coming back from the kitchen with a caramel apple in her mouth she was pleased. Then she saw a mass of people gathered around two rather large Audios. Wait...those wings. That quivering mass of bright yellow hair. Demyx and Kaleb! Apple still in her mouth, she ran towards them and attempted to pounce Kaleb, squealing loudly.

He chuckled at Saix's comment. "Now, i dont go around biting everyone. Just my darling boy." He reached over and petted Demyx's ears for a moment before the scene was intrupted by that horrid little winged thing.

Great, her again. He was tempted to snatch both Demyx and Kaleb from her but managed to keep himself to a low grumble.

"Ah...um...now wait a damn minute here! Who the hell are all these people?! Where the hell have you two been this whole time?! And just what the flying hell is that little pup?!" Saix was obviously aggervated at Luxord and Demyx for dragging along so many other people with them. One was fine...two was good too, but this was a bit much. He sighed and calmed down. Grumbling he muttered an apology to everyone for yelling and crossed his arms. It'd be a lot easier if Nahira was here.


Bandages whined at Kaleb and Demyx. "No! I came and I saw you, so I wanted to apologize, I didn't mean to yell. I was wrong. But I was just trying to help before. So..." She myued at them both then looked at Luxord. "And...scary molesting man...I'm sorry to you too. I didn't mean to act like that. A-and I'm sorry for not remembering your name and calling you molesting man."

The Artist's hand itched to reach for the brush tucked away in a concealed pocket of her costume. The decorations were something she had never seen, & they enthralled her. When they had recieved the invitation she was not sure what Halloween was exactly, but as Trel & Aiden -mostly Trelweny- explained it to her she warmed up to the idea. She really had not had any interaction with her fellow audios outside the family since that day in the workout room.

Idly she pawed at the ruby gem affixed to her now green forehead. At home, Rikku was still debating over what costume to have Myranda conjure for her & Aiden was debating whether to wear any of Timex's swords or not. Relm had held no such indecisions. For her there was only one costume she was interested in dressing up as. Her favorite esper: Carbunkle.

Seeing no one out in the yard, Relm strolled up to the house itself. With uncharacteristic nervousness she opened the door & went inside.

She glanced around, looking to see if she knew anyone. The two blinking halos caught her attention, but she did not know either of those audios. The one caught between them she did. However she blinked with surprise at Kaleb's costume. A white mage? She had only just started playing with the SphereGrid Rikku had made for her, but she recognized the look of the outfit from both her & Rikku's appearance in that DressSphere.

With less than her usual confidence, the carbuncle dressed artist approached the odd gathering. "I don't think that mummy is going to hurt you, Scholar."

"Calm down Saix, and dont go blaming things on me. I am not the social one." Most of these other's he'd gotten to know though Demyx so it wasnt his fault they were everywhere.

He was tempted to pet Kaleb to get him to calm down but he'd bet that would only make the blond nervous with all the people around. Looking at Bandages as she spoke he raised a brow.

"I am Luxord ..."

He hadn't really wanted to go. There would be people and he'd have to be social, but there was a chance Sefi would be there and that could be fun.

So he'd dug out his favorite pair of pants, simple and black, and dug out the adornment's he'd gotten after getting the letter about the party. A simple black collar complete with large silver bell wrapped around his neck and a tight black sleeveless top fit over his chest perfectly. He'd spent hours and hours finding a way to make his ears stand up and eventually he'd done it. The perfect illusion of a feline if he did say so himself.

He'd walked into the party figuring that he wouldnt see anyone he knew and was suprised to see Namine. Or at least a school girl who looked alot like Namine.

Now, he and her didnt exactally get along, but he suposed he could play nice until someone more intrsting showed up. Sneeking over he draped himself over her shoulder. "Well if that isnt a nice replacement for the ever so white dress"

"S-s-sorry Saix..."

Demyx flattened his ears, blinking around at their little gathering before eyeing the berserker.

"Kaleb is my friend, and I met Bandages at the beach before I changed...annnd I met Namine a while ago...I dunno about the rest..."

The sitarist turned to Bandages as she spoke, mood picking up just a bit.

"You aren't? Well I'm sorry too, it was just a uh...bad situation?"

Grinning nervously Demyx scratched at the back of his head. Well, at least that was quickly sorted out. He'd rather have Bandages name on his list of friends than those irriatated at him. Kaleb out of his lap, the little blonde squirmed around excitedly.

Demyx tilted his head at Relm, studying her. He hadn't met this particular Audio yet, but he also hadn't been addressed by her. Soooo better to just let it go for now. There was a large gathering around anyway. Speaking of that...Zexion suddenly appearing was about as startling to the sitarist as it was to Namine.

"Z-z-zexion?!"

The little one cowered in his seat a bit, quickly snuggling into Luxord's side for protection.



Meanwhile, over at the two another pair of Audio stepped inside. One strolled in dressed in a shiny suit of armor, complete with headpiece that was open to allow him to see, and a shiny, thankfully unsharpened, sword prop. Beside him was an Audio wearing black from his neck down, over which a dragon outfit had been fastened. Starting with a dragon head looming over his own head like some kind of strange hat, the costume went down to include back spines, dragon paws and feet, and of course a dragonish tail attached to his own.
"Damn you to HELL for making me dress like this..."
"Hey, give me credit. My first costume idea for you was my noble steed."
The knight laughed, earning nothing more than a rather cold glare from the dragon.
