I like her speech bubbles, they change with her mood. It's a treat for me to notice such things even when they aren't exactly subtle.

I have mixed feelings regarding her looks (naturally) but she did look good as Delight. Actually it depends on the artist. I think Delight looked horrible in Endless Nights.

It wasn't really her fault, it would have hapened anyway, it had to.
I love Nuala, she's so cute, and the contrast between her and Cluracan is great.
For me, especialy recently, it's really the supporting characters that make The Sandman, people like Wanda, Hazel and Thessaly. That and the little details you only notice on the second or third reading, plus of course it's a comic with not only realistic lesbians, but a transgender person, the only thing I can thing of with one in comics.

At first I thought her speech bubbles were a pain to read but after a while I got used to them and now I like them.

Sandman is now my favorite series...not involving a lot of suoerheroes idea

I don't know if they're really reborn, Daniel isn't the same person as Morpheus, and the two different Despairs are different too, the current Despair talks to Destruction about her task of having to live up to the work of the first one, which you wouldn't worry about if you were just a reincarnation.

But Daniel does have previous memories, not many, but a few, for example he forgives Hippolyta because she was his mother. And he and Morpheus were alive at the same time, if Morheus could be said to be alive in the same way as a human, and if Daniel could be said to be still in any way the same person he was before he came Dream.

Hmmmm I'm not so sure about my argument now
