The_Wicked_Man InvaderBAA Dartanion550 The first one is the best, it kicked a** and put canadian horrors back out there. I like the second one because it was different the the first but still remained true the the story and added more...loved ghost. the third one to me was weak because there was less problems to over come, and alot of the guys were very one sided characters. Overall i loved the series! Katherine is hot, and emily looked great in the third one. Its also sweet that us Canadians got the collector editons you and I are complete opposites, but i do agree that its so grand that we got the collectors! (own them now.. went and bought them the other day! whee ) Although the collector's edition is sold mainly in Canadian stores, it can still play on American DVD players, which Americans can easily get a hold of during a trip North or over the Internet. awwe.. you ruined my moment of pride... cry

ginger.snapped. The_Wicked_Man Finally, sombody makes a thread dedicated to the film that compares lycanthropy to puberty and menstration! The original is, without a doubt, one of the best werewolf films of all time; not particularly fond of the sequel or prequel though. And yes, Katharine Isabelle is ******** hot....@hy the hell doesn't she like making horror films though? She could have been the next Linnea Quigley (sans-nude scenes) or something. i agree with you on katherine isabelle but i also like emily perkins ahe is also a very good actress ...And at least Perkins shows devotion to the genre, but of course, studios with horror scripts would rather come knocking on Ms. Isabelle's front door first. I mean, when one thinks of the average horror movie (especially those being made in this point and time), does one see movies cast with people who can act or with pretty people?

Of course; she almost makes totally shitty horror films (the original Ginger Snaps is not one of them though) worth watching. I mean, why elese would anybody want to sit through Bones, that TV remake of Carrie, or even Disturbing Behavior? but heres somehting you didnt nkow she was born in 82, where as her sister in ginger snaps bridget who is younger than her int he film was actualy born in 77 so her younger sister was actauly like 5 years older than she was wierd s**t

I just did that. blaugh GS1 arrived at my house couple days ago. same i baught gs 1 and 2 from overstocked as well as the movie junk (japanese zombie movie, pretty decent, better than stacy, not as good as wild zero) and baught gs3 here in atlanta from borders, im suprised ginger snaps didnt go to theater here though, did it go in canada?

I thought the first ginger snaps was in American theatres, but guess i was wrong May have gotten a very small run in art houses when it first came out, but I wouldn't know about this because I wouldn't hear about the film for another three years.

I've only seen the first Ginger Snaps, and it's one of the only werewolf movies that I can stand. Eventually I'll get around to seeing the other two.
