Shade smiled, but it was forced her mind was lost in it's own thoughts and a sad apperance had come about the kalona. Shade shook herself suddenly and once more forced a bright expression back into her countance but there was still that sad expression in her eyes.
"No, they didn't did they, I think i feel like taking a trip to the sea." she had only been to the sea ocne in her homeland and the water was far to cold to step into. With a twitch of her tail she moved off in the direction she knew it was.

Will stared after the mare with an idiotic expression commanding his face.
"I think that was the most random thought I've heard aloud," he joked. "Bravo!" He trotted after the kalona mare, as if she were his mother and he were a newborn foal.

She gave a slight laugh at his comment "even I can be random when I please." Her bladed tail twitched over the grass and eyes sharp as eagles watched the world around them.

"Oh really?" Will asked, laughing a little. The strange mare's sudden mood swings made her a little more exciting; you never knew with NightShade you were going to get. He trotted up beside her and slowed to her pace.
Then he remembered where they were going.
Will stopped in his tracks and shook his head, his eyes growing wide. "Th-the s-sea?"

She paused one hoof still raised and looked back to him "what? don't like the sea?" She shook herself and turned to face the clothed Soquili. Her bladed tail twitched lazilly over the grass.

"N-no, I love the sea!" he stammered. Then he leaned in closer to the mare and whispered, "It's what's in the sea that I don't like."
He put his ears against his skull in fright and backed away slowly. "The sea..." he shuddered.

Shade twitched her wings, "in the sea?" She raised a brow and stared at him for a long time trying to figure out what in the bloody world he was talking about.

The stallion chuckled nervously. "Not really in the sea... on top of it is more like it."
He trotted back towards her. "You go on ahead."

She raised her brows more "Alright, she moved forward once more her hooves crunching against the grass." She could smell the sea already it would have been faster if she could fly but alas Will couldn't soar through the air so she satyed there walking beside him.

Will shook his head. "I'll come..." he said finally.
The thick salty aroma reached his nostrils and he breathed in heavily. He longed to be out on the sea yet again, though he feared it. Terrible things happened in the sea; they did on land also, but the sea...
He shuddered and said, "You'll stay with me, won't you?"

She looked back at him "ofcourse," she had no clue why he was so scared but it didn't matter really.
The mare twitched her long tail as the earth started to grow softer the closer they got to the sea.

Will had to admit, getting closer to the sea was making him excited; the alluring aroma of the sea made him want to dance out with joy.
He trotted the rest of the way to the sea, his hooves sinking in the soft earth and his held held high.

Shade stood at the edge of the sea and stared out into it's endless expanse. She grinned and suddenly pumped her wings launching into the air. She cricled like a hawk high above the water, not to far out from shore but farenough that she wouldn't harm herself.
Then like a missle she folded her wings to her side and flew straight down twoards the chruning waters bellow.

Will watched the mare gliding around with sickly horror. His stomach churned and he tried to call out to her, but his words were drowned out by the crashing of the waves against the shore.
He waded out into the water, calling to her, hoping that she wouldn't actually dive into the water. He wished he had wings; it would have been easier to get to her that way.
"Shade!" he called out worriedly, splashing through the crystal clear water trying to get to where he thought she would land.

She slashed hard into the salty waterss and came back up to see Will swimmign desperatly twoards her. Tilting her head she kicked using her tail like a rudder and swam with the waves twoards ehr rtaher strange company.
"Something wrong Will?" she circled him now her glowing eyes watching him with a hint of laughter.
