Yeah, I didn't like the bikini bandits videos at all...
Judith would have to be my favourite video. I just love the way its done, the live performance thing. And the colour tone is fantastic.

And the colour tone is fantastic. well is it any surprise that the video visuals are amazing? the guy who directed it also directed Fight Club...it was just bound to kick a**!

I like the 3 Libras video, it was the first one I saw. I just love it. The song is great...I love how it shows all the members and I just love it, k? rofl Oh man, I think I'll go watch it right now.

by far, my favorite part is what Paz is playing the bass, and she really quickly and masterfully put her hair pu with that stick thing and then goes right back to playing...god, if there was any one moment i truly fell in love with women, it was right then and there...so powerful, so VERY ******** badass.

I'm glad im not the only one who looked at that and that "DAMN! that's smooth!" whee I liked Judith a lot, it was one of the 1st times i got to see APC all playing together like that, and TOOL never had a performance video that i saw, and i enjoy seeing the bands like that once in a while, ya know? sad And, i like 'counting bodies like sheep' not because of the political crap, but because my friend and i couldnt stop laughing at it whee

Wow... I never realized how many people thought on the same wavelength... I, too, found it amazing how Paz was able to do her hair up in the 8 seconds or so, then get right back to playing. I miss Paz... Hell... I miss APC.

I really liked the video..i was captivated by the whole "story" behind it...and Maynard is hot in the video!! xp I also liked Judith as well...saw the band performing...was really cool! mrgreen

Nefarious Soy Apparently there's a video for Blue. I've never seen it. The band had a video contest, where their favorite entry would become the official music video for the song. It was featured in the aMOTION DVD, along with 2 or 3 runner-up videos, which were about the same quality. One strived desperately to be a Tool video with typical stop-animation shenanigans. I've seen Judith and 3 Libras. Judith has awesome lighting and, basically, it's just sexy. I would watch Paz and Billy play all day, and Maynard just really puts everything into his performances.
3 Libras was interesting. I'm sure there's a lot of symbolism to the story, but I won't try to analyze it, because the emotion is evident anyway. I like the shot of the band together on the couch, and Maynard writing in the hotel room. I like to imagine that's what he looks likes when he writes his lyrics. Not sure how he and the boy are connected, but it's definitely a beautiful video regardless of my interpretation.
But I couldn't help being amused by Maynard getting the ladies. I can't imagine him being the type to get with groupies, but who knows? I guess that's supposed to be a way for him to forget--and sex is a pretty complicated topic in Mer de Noms.
