Zah avoided kishi's grasp alright , what he didn't avoid however were her feet. Zah might had been young and smaller than Kishi but he was more than big enough to trip her."Noo" She yelled. as her foot struck the solid mass of todder and she went face first onto the floor.
Zah had broken part of Kishi's fall but not enough for her to not hurt.Still, " I win" she giggled " I pinned you."
Malen sat on the couch wondering if perhaps he'd overstepped his boundries. He knew it wasn't easy being human but it probably wasn't easy being not quite human either.

Zasalamel wasn't really looking at Kishi once he hit the ground; thus, he didn't see her fall until it was too late. With a cry of surprise and pain, Zah tried to escape from underneith Kishi. Once the initial panic was over, he grumped over Kishi's words.
Then, he saw his chance! Reaching out, Zah grabbed onto the underside of a nearby dresser, using that as leverage to pull himself out from under her. Once free, the little Drow pounced on Kishi's back, trying to get between her wings. This wasn't over yet!
Neveah returned with a covered pot and two so far empty tea cups, setting them down on the table between herself and Malen. "Its green tea, hope you don't mind!" Neceah seemed more cheerful now. After all, as frustrating as children were, she understood there was little she could do about it. "Uhh....to finish where we were before; I can handle it, I'll just wear myself more than a little thin..."

"oof" Kishi had not expected Zah to pounce upon her so quickly, she'd figure he'd regain his composure and give her a chance to do the same before attemping to take her down. Still it was fair move." Ok ok you've pinned me now so it's one pin each a tie so far. whoever gets the next pin wins"
"I love green tea , it's good for the soul or so the chinese lady next door always said."Malen stretched a little ans nodded at the butterfly woman" yes well someday they'll be old enough to fend for themselves, do the chores and make life easier for you. Then you're only job will be to fend off inquiring boys and girls who want to steal them away."

Well, Zah never was one for waiting when it came to wrestling! He nodded a bit to Kishi when she proclaimed him the winner of round two, grinning proudly to himself. He beat big kid Kishi once, yay! Hopping off of her, he quickly scrambled out of range of her arms and crouched low again, waiting.
"I knew it was good for you, but I didn't think it affected your soul as well!" Neveah chuckled. Especially since this was store bought green tea. She knew the original, homemade green tea was supposed to be spiritual. "Well, Zah already helps with the trash, but thats about all he can do right now." She smiled a bit then, before closing her eyes and thinking for a bit. "I already have someone trying to steal Zah from me, but I don't think its in the same way you're meaning." Neveah growled low under her breath, her aqua eyes narrowing.
Then, she relaxed, calmly pouring tea for Malen, and then for herself. "I doubt he'll ever get his hands on the boy, though." She said aloud, mainly to reassure herself.

Kishi made her way to her feet as quickly as possible and turned to face her opponent. Zah was smart and quick but she had a better reach. Looking at him though Kishi had a feeling that when he next grew she'd lose that advantage in their future wrestling matches.
Again she lunged foreward making an attempt to grab Zah's legs. Providing he didn't take advantage of the fact that she was crouched rather low and jump on her she might be able to get him.One way or another it was fun seeing which one of them could thinks of ways to avoid the others tricks.
" Zah's the closest thing to a boy of my own I'll ever get. I anyone ever hurts him I'll put them through hell if you leave any of them left alive." Despite her fragile looks Malen didn't doubt for a moment that a mother's instincts wouldn't rage in Neveah if someonethreatened her child. The same could be said for most parents possibly even Ianna though he couldn't really see her raging at anyone.

Zasalamel chewed on his lip a little bit as he watched Kishi, wondering what she'd try to do. When she lunged for his legs he squeaked and backed up, scrambling to the side and fumling onto his bed. Hopefully her lunge would slow her down; momentum was a hard thing to stop. Not that he knew was momentum was, but he knew it was hard to stop when he ran real fast then had to slow down real fast.
Neveah smiled at Malen's words. "The position of Godfather is open for him, if you'd like it." There was no way Neveah was naming Philos, and she really didn't know anyone else. "But thank you, I'm glad you care for him! I'll be sure to store that in mind, and don't you think I won't bring it up if I need to!" She partially warned the man, though she seemed pleased. "And just so we're clear, I feel the same way for Kishi. She's a sweetheart, and she gets along so well with Zah..."

Momentum had indeed caught kishi as had the fact that most of her weight was leaning foreward. Kishi was saved from hittiing a wall by clumsily tumbling to the ground once again. She was steadier o her feet these days but she still needed to learn to compensate for her wings weight.
"Godfather it is and I'm honoured by the offer. Zah reminds me of myself at that age and I dunno i feel like a child again watchign him." This coming froma man who never really grew up. "As for Kishi I think she'd benefit from a godmother like you but just so you're warned in advance that means you're likely to be the number one person she asks questions to that she won't ask me and Ianna.
Kishi hadn't really formed much of an opinion on the butterfly woman infact the only guardian she'd really interescted with in the past had been the strange gnome who's name he'd forgotten. However with Kishi getting older it was time she started learning to socialise with adults as well as children and Neveah seemd like a good role model.

Zasalamel saw his chance! Kishi fell forward, so Zah scrambled off his bed...unfortunately, his balance as a toddler was limited, and the sudden jump from the bed threw him off so badly that he tripped and fell. Luckily though, one of Kishi's arms broke his fall, yay! Things were different when he was the one doing the tripping, and it surprised him so much he had to regain his composure.
"Its a deal, then." Neveah chuckled, sipping lightly on her tea. "Aaahh...I'll jump that hurtle when I come to it, but thanks for the warning. Somehow, I think Zasalamel will be too dense when it comes to relationships...but if Kishi comes to me for advice, I'lll bet he'll probably go to you for advice." Or maybe he'd just mull it over on his own, she figured.
Zasalamel didn't really know Malen either, aside from the fact he was a nice man, and from what he heard his Ilhar say about him.

"Ahhhhh" Kishi yelped as pain throbbed through her arm as well as the rest of her body. " You win Zah you win" There was no wayshe was contesting this pin not when another round ment possibly more pain. Kishi was the rough and tumble sort but she had her limits like any child.
" You ok?" She thought to ask a moment later.
Malen laughed" Hmm relationship advice ,lesse oen at time unless you're really good at being sneaky and avoid ones with siblings that may try to distract you and never date someone one of yorurfriends already has." His tone was lighthearted and there was a grin spead across his face.
He took a sip of his own tea before raising his cup to Neveah " May the hurdle jumping be far far into the future for both of us, I think I fell last time."

Zasalamel muttered something that must have been an apology, for he scrambled off of Kishi as fast as he could and sat near his bed, watching her worriedly. He didn't mean to hurt her, honest! He nodded when she asked if he was alright, and he pointed at her, too. "Dos?" He was alright, what about her?
Neveah listened to Malen. "Well, that's kind of a given." She chuckled softly, blowing lightly on her tea to cool it down. "You tripped over a hurtle, eh? Well, better luck next time! I hope I don't get asked anything awkward anytime soon..." Neveah looked nervous, but she knew she'd probably do alright. Maybe.
"I wonder what those two are doing." The butterfy commented idly, looking up at the ceiling.

Kishi sat up and smiled a bit " I'm ok ". This was true already the pain was starting to subside. Unsure of what to do now Kishi became silent simply looking about the dark room.
"Did you know you dream yourself big?" she said softly " I fell alseep oneday and dreamed of a big me only it wasn't me they were just like me and I was in their head and it ewas strange. Anyways I woke up and I was this big. Kay did it too so maybe one day soon you'll dream yourself big too and we can go adventuring, maybe explore the barton caves and look for ORly owls and stuff." Kishi was babbling now but hey kids did that.
"It's been mainly quiet so I'm going to guesstrying to communicate or getting into things they shouldn't then again depending on how high up they are their beating the tar out of each other and we just can't hear them." To Malen both were likely as both were typical childhood activities.

Zasalamel looked relieved when Kishi said she was okay. He too stayed silent, but once she started talking again, she had his full attention. She dreamed herself big? So did Kay? Then...did Yashi dream himself big, too? He gave her a confused look when she tried to explain what the dreams were...that DID sound weird!
Without realizing it, Zah had shuffled closer to her as she told her story; it was somehow easier to pay attention to her when he was closer, anyway. He didn't know what she meant about 'dreaming yourself big', but that stuff about adventuring sure sounded fun! "Ohkaay Keyshee." Was the best he could say in English; but it was clear he was more than excited to 'dream himself big' now.
He even turned a bit and looked back at his bed.
Neveah smiled a bit. "There really isn't anything in Zah's room they could get into that they shouldn't...I already locked the door to my room, so that's nothing to worry about." She couldn't think of anything to say in reply to Malen's comment about beating the tar out of eachother. That was highly probable too. "Eh, I don't think they'll get hurt." She ended up just shrugging.

Kishi was pleased and hoped that zah truly would dream himself big soon. there was only so much parents let you do as toddlers but as kids... Even now being fairly recently grown Kishi had noticed the differences in what she was and wasn't allowed to do.
Malen nodded "I'm really glad we were able to come here today. Kishi dosen't really leave the house much and lately it's crawing with other kids and guardians. It will do her some good to be ina fairly normal quiet house."
