I can't wait until Saiyuki Reload 4 comes out. Minekura was just starting a Komyou backstory in 3, so we should get a lot of exposition.
Although I'm a little torn about how I feel about Komyou. He's a big sweetie, but in the manga there's a couple times where it seems Minekura's implying the monks abused Sanzo and Komyou let them. I wasn't sure how to feel about that...

Actually, Muichimotsu isn't something Sanzou made up; it's an actual real Zen teaching in Buddhism. ._.;

Komyou amuses me greatly. I wish we knew more about him.

I second that.

I always look forward to episodes where he's in.

I love Sanzo's dream at the end of ep. 38, where Sanzo's drinking with Komyou... I think that's so sweet.

Is that the episode with the monkey wine and the drinking contest? (Well, one of the drinking contests...the one where Hakuryu and Goku are left out and are just kinda sitting there watching...) I think that was what prompted that, right?
