::as maugrim hammered, he concentrated on the steel, turning it every now and then to give each of four sides a general flatness, while, at the same time, forcing himself to form a sword rather than a square::

::maugrim hammered on and on untill the metal again turned cold. he sighed, setting it back in the flames to reheat, and moving to the center of the room to calm himself and rest. he had been working next to the fire, and was sweating from the work. he sat in the middle of the room, calming himself to concentrate on nothing, and to rest.:: (this post is in controll/concentration, not in weapon craft)

::maugrim continued meditating on the floor, controlling himself to a calm. thoughts ran through him, ideas, some which he plucked out and filed into his memory, others which he let slide past::
(had to get those two posts in on controll. lol)

::maugrim now returned to his heated steel, starting afresh on a new side that had been heated, pounding away and away and away at the steel, slowly but surely forming the edges of a blade.::

::maugrim now moved on to fine tuning the weapon, shaving away at the tips to create a fine edge, and working down in the middle to a rounded handle. both of these tasks took a while, and maugrim stopped to rest several times within the process, but in the end, he would complete the blade. at this, he inspected it, and, giving it his approval, let the fireplace burn low as he began polishing the double bladed sword. it had taken work, and it was his first weapon, the first of many. he wanted this one to look presentable, however, as a first experience with weaponcrafting so he would be allowed further training. he inspected the sword. it was simple enough, the handle jutted out into the blade, dull on the weilders side to keep from harming hands. the handle was a simple pattern, like a rope, designed to make the blade easy to grip::

::maugrim swung once with the blade. he found it to be easy enough to controll, given his experience in double swords. he swung with it again and again, practicing the rythm that went along with the swings::

::maugrim continued swinging the two blades, as if he were fighting an opponent that wasn't really there. he needed more practice working two blades at once anyways::

::maugrim would practice different acts which might cause pain, using the force to controll the pain that would have otherwise been brought to him.::
(nothing better to post, so why not get in a spot of training on controll pain so i can gradurate sooner.)

(since nobody has awarded any points on any of these posts yet, I'm awarding 1 point per post in whichever skill I was training to myself.) ::maugrim would again work to inflict pain on himself by pulling back his sleeve and cutting down the side of his arm a ways to see if he could controll the pain of a blade. it was supprisingly easy, but still helped him practice controlling pain nonetheless.::

::maugrim let his blood pour, concentrating on removing the pain which constantly refreshed itself. eventually he would bandage his arm down and let his shirt fall over the wound. he had trained enough in controlling pain for the time being.::

ANNOUNCEMENT
I give up. there's no way to get training in this guild right now, and I don't know what to do. I'll be back when there's less people or more trainers.

Corytenn0314 (since nobody has awarded any points on any of these posts yet, I'm awarding 1 point per post in whichever skill I was training to myself.) Sounds good to me. Especially since you are to be a master in such things.
