Lionel walking over fire in 'Mercy'. His pain was funny. Lol! blaugh There are alot of other funny moments in various seasons though. Especially between Lois and Clark.

Without a doubt, the best LOL moment was during Unsafe.

In the episode of "Perry" where perry white is telling clark, "You can run but you can't..." And clark takes off at super speed. Another in the same episode when the tractor goes flying and nearly lands on perry lol.

Witch of the Moon when Pete tolds the true because of Chloe's new ability !!!! that was one of the most funniest episodes rofl LOL yup.. I think that one won =P oh and Lois scenes are always funny.

I beg to differ.
Not all Lois scenes are different
i.e)
Vessel- Lois an Martha are trapped on an airplane headed for Washington DC, It is being driven by Fine. Cabinet looses air her and Martha are both knocked unconcious
Aqua- Lois tries diving into the lake and knockes her head on a piece of wood
Reckoning- Nothing in the second half of this episode was very funny at all. Lois is electricuted and found unconcious, and the graveyard scene.
Tomb- Her and Chloe held captive in some creepy insane guys basement threatening to kill them.
Arrival- Lois and Mr.Kent looking for mrs. Kent's body.
Commencement- When Lois looks over the hill to see the meteors raining down on Smallville.

It was in one of the new episodes in season 6. Sneeze I think it was...Anyways. When the guys are trying to get Lex to talk and they threaten to cut off his manhood and say, "Your pretty new girl friend won't be very happy." That was definatly LOL. domokun

Lois always makes me laugh for some reason
BUT!
The funniest parts of Smallville are the Superman puns.
Like in the first season, I don't really remember which episode to be exact, when their was the college fair and lana asks clark what do you want to do when you grow up. and Clark goes"I don't know, As long as it doesn't involve wearing a suite and doing a lot of flying. xd
Also, in the episode where Lana becomes a Vampire.
Chloe: Nice outfit Zorro, but don't you think the cape is a bit much?
Clark: Actually, I kinda like it.
